The amount of business this place is losing due to lack of workers must be mind boggling. Why the owner of this Dunkin doesn’t realize this is equally as mind boggling.

Dozens of people, including myself, looked at the line and kept walking. Imagine this occurring minute by minute, dozens, hundreds of people keep walking, revenue missed because Dunkin’s customers are going to other businesses because no one wants to wait 30 minutes for a coffee and food.

They don’t even accept orders at this location on the Dunkin mobile app, which I tried to do, because I figured the line at Dunkin would prevent me from getting my order.

The extra $13/hour this owner would pay for another 4 employees would be made up within 5 minutes with all the missed revenue walking by. After that is all profit. Money!

Hire more people to staff the CVG B12 location. If you can’t accept mobile orders it’s because you are understaffed! Hire more people!

Hire more people!!!!

One of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve ever had. Bad enough that I’m writing this for ownership, management, and anyone thinking of stopping by—this location is completely dysfunctional.

We waited an absurd amount of time for two bagels. The employee who started preparing them disappeared halfway through. No explanation, no handoff—just gone. It wasn’t until I went back to the counter that the cashier had to track him down and remind him there was still an open order.

When the bagels finally arrived, they were a joke. Practically no cream cheese, and what was supposed to be a toasted bagel was cold, dry, and clearly not fresh. Zero care, zero quality control.

On top of that, the overall professionalism is lacking. No attention to basic food service standards, no urgency, no accountability. This isn’t just a “bad day” — it feels like a management problem.

If you care about your time or your money, skip this location.

Culprit of this bad experience is pictured. The nose ring and bad hair dude gotta go.

It snowed early this morning which is fine I get people are late. But I went up around 420 to see when they would open and the three workers sitting there just laughed in my face and said they arnt opening at all. Was honestly just rude and obviously not a true statement and zoned me out. It’s the only coffee and tea place in the airport and for people to start their day it’d be nice to have people that enjoy their job and don’t seek to be rude, i don’t want to be here at 4am either.

Awful! Was there at NINE in the morning and they had no hot coffee because they were out of lids. Instead of the manager stocking the lids the night before OR going to get the lids that were in a storage closet within the airport, he continued to work the register- even though there were TWO working kiosks that could take people’s orders. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

I ordered at a self-service kiosk, only to have a staff member immediately and loudly inform me they were out of the donuts I ordered and instruct me to stop using the machine, a warning she subsequently yelled to all customers approaching the kiosk line. I was frustrated by the lack of pre-warning (no signage) and the staff’s approach. I then waited 10 minutes for a poor-quality coffee. When I thanked the staff member, I received a dismissive shrug in response.

TLDR: Soviet Russian Fast Food

As a seasoned international wanderer, I can attest to the fact that necessity will drive a man to dire straits, like eating more than once at the CVG Dunkin’s.

It’s what I would expect a McDonalds in the Soviet Union to be like. Rude staff, unnecessary yelling, long lines, a thin layer of grime, overpriced, and half the menu out of stock. I would rather fly to the other side of the country than eat here a third time.

In summary, a major bummer of a restaurant.

Workers need to quit carrying on unprofessionally and focus on orders. They had 3 empty coffee containers that could be brewing but they didnt want to interrupt their screw around session. Stop the giggling and goofing around. This is a business, not highschool. Very slow on orders. because of it. 15 minutes and counting for a nothing special regualr coffee. I wont be back. Manager should be fired. Should have kept starbucks here
