Very little meat with old rice and noodles!
I have to say that it was a huge mistake for me to choose this Chinese restaurant over other fast food restaurants in the food court. I ordered a honey and sesame chicken and it was awful! The chicken as advertised as breast meat, but it had very little real chicken meat, but very sweet and sugar coated with a thick layer of flour and fried, hard to chew pieces of small
” chicken “!
The worst thing is that when I asked for a cup of plain, tap water, they refused but to force me to buy a 2$ bottle water instead.
I am Chinese and I am very disappointed about this Chinese fast food restaurant. It has deteriorated and become a very greedy and unhealthy, poor quality of food restaurant. I certainly will not go back to any of this fast food, Chinese restaurant again, so do you.

Orange chicken was hard. I told the lady she tried to make the excuse it was the breading. I go to the one in Baldwin Park all the time and theirs are always soft and very good!

My wife and I looked forward to eating at Panda. We used to eat at their branch at Hacienda Heights. But we were at the mall, so we went to the food court. First, their food servings were smaller than usual. Seconds, they don’t allow drink refills. Lastly, they did not have paper napkins. When my wife asked for the paper towels instead that was available, the woman server cannot but gave my wife torn pieces that were useless and gravely insulting. When I complained, she now suggested that we ask for napkins from the other food outlets. She was passing her problem to the customer. Only when I started to raise my voice did Steven, probably the manager, approached me. He apologized, gave me what the woman cannot, and promised to “talk” to her. I don’t know if he would, but l also promised to give the a bad review. I was surprised that I was not the first or only one to give the place a bad review. I am very disappointed at Panda.

Charge $.99 for a cup to get tap water! The manager, Asian guy, will check for $100 bills with the same gloves he’s touching the utensils for the food. The manager literally gives only one napkin and if you want more he’ll ask how many, same with the condiments, only one if you ask for it.

I’ve been here before and for some reason the taste of the food was not pleasant, there was an odd taste to the orange chicken, the black pepper chicken looked burnt! Was not satisfied. Couldn’t eat the food…. What a waste of money! And i had ordered shrimp but when they gave it to me, they forgot to give me the remainder of my order. Never again at this location!!!

I came to the West Covina mall Panda Express with my daughter last Saturday night to get take out food for my family. They were out of cup holders, so I had to carry everything to the other side of the mall where I was parked. The woman working behind the counter was cold and emotionless and didn’t seem to care that we had our hands completely full. The food was ok, consistent with other Panda Express restaurants. I probably won’t be going back to this particular Panda Express in the West Covina mall any time soon.
