TERRIBLE! i came to this chipotle at 8:10pm. Its currently 9:04pm and i have still not recived my food. the workers are extremely slow and only focus on moblile orders. i am at the front of the line and it took them 25 minutes just to cook rice and almsot an hour to cook meet. never coming here again!! i have never had a pleasant experience withthis chipotle and they are always slow and inexperienced. once i asked for beef barbacoa and the wormer asked, “Carne asada?” and i said, “No, Beef barbacoa” and she looked me straight in the eye and gave me Carne asada. 2nd visit to this new location and I used the app. Eta was spot on and the portions were “pa po lo” enough for tomorrow. The guacamole was delicious.

Worse chipotle experience I’ve ever had. First off the tortilla’s wrap crumbled as if it was old and stale. I used my rewards on my app to grab a burrito chips and salsa and I had a promo for a free queso, now I eat my burrito with queso in it already. I open my bag and don’t see my queso, I asked them for the free queso and they were giving me a hard time as if I’m trying to rob them for food. They then tell me oh we put the free queso in the burrito…..what?? Why?? I lost a lot of respect for chipotle after this experience because it was them who in fact robbed me for something I’ve earned never going back to this chipotle

Horrifying experience ordered a quesadilla with black beans and fajita vegetables and tomato salsa, what I got was a shell of a quesadilla, no black beans and the tomato salsa was on the side, filled with water, and it all went on to the quesadilla, which made it soggy. I called customer service and demanded a refund. It was the most horrifying, horrible meal I have ever gotten for lunch anywhere. A soggy mess and missing ingredients. They have the audacity to try to charge someone eleven dollars for this!! Never going again.

Staff is unprepared all the ingredients were empty during dinner time, I waited 20 mins for steak to be cooked and im now ten mins beyond that looking at it not being cut, the “manager” spent that whole time checking the temperature of the water, repeatedly on the same sets of items. The staff was not at fault they are trying but to have run out at all while still with supplies is wild to me, this experience reminds me why I dont eat at Chipotle often.

I love Chipotle and decided to try this one on Route 33. When I walked in the restaurant it was very dirty. Tables were a mess and food on the floor. Behind the counter was just as bad. I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to make chicken and the young person behind the counter was very unpleasant just slapping the food in the bowl. My burrito bowl was cold. Service was terrible. I will not be returning to this Chipotle. I was so disappointed.

I dont get what the bad reviews are about. Maybe when they were new and opening they had hiccups, not sure. But ive never had a bad experience and the place is always busy. Food came out fresh, the guacamole was soooo good and the chips were fresh and crispy. The chicken was made fresh and hot and every ingredient I added to my burrito looked well made and not old. Glad its so close. Will be my new chipotle.

The food is always great. However the assembly leaves something to be desired. When I get a bowl I eat it for three separate meals. They frequently dump each ingredient in a single spot so on any given day you get an entirely different meal. For me it lacks consistency. Oh, did you want hot sauce in only three of the bites? No, I will not shake the container before eating. This happens at multiple locations.

I am confused with this place, the food is really good, large portions, good flavor, but big but..the service is not that good, employees don’t know the product they are serving, i asked if the chicken is white or dark meat and they had no clue, even the manger was not quick to answer. The service staff is not the most friendly and are very robotic, no personable, sorry to say this has been my experience with all the Chipotles in my area. Finally one of most biggest gripes is the cleanliness, the tables and the floors are always dirty! I don’t get it, they have the staff, they are standing around, this also goes for all the stores, always a mess, why? My kids like it and I do as well but I just don’t get the service and the dirty tables, floors!
