Stay away from this location! I ordered a pizza with jalapenos and I don’t know if they were mad that I ordered late or what not but this is a picture of how many jalapenos were extra in each slice of pizza. It’s like they opened up a new jar of jalapenos and spread it all in one pizza. Terrible.

I’m glad this will be my neighborhood Papa John’s.
Our family just moved to the area and were moving into our new place. I gave this shop a call to order 6 pizzas for all the guys that came out to help us move in. I normally order online, but called my order in this time. The person who answered was very helpful and went above and beyond.
In my conversation with the team member, I told her I would do a pick up and needed to run to the grocery store before heading her way. She offered to put a 15 minute hold on the pizza prep. I agreed and got caught in traffic. She called me when I didn’t arrive at our agreed upon time to offer to deliver the pizza for me. I thought this was awesome.
Although I declined her offer to deliver the pizza, I did thank her for offering. When I arrived, she told me she wanted to make sure our pizza didn’t sit for too long. I appreciated her efforts.

I don’t care for the pizza sauce taste. And the order was incorrect. I ordered sausage, black olive and green pepper. They made it with onion instead of black olive. I should have known when she asked me 3 times what i wanted on the pizza!

I ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered to my place of employment.
I waited almost 2 hours and nothing. I called Papa Johns back and the
guy on the phone told me that his driver already delivered it! I said to who cause
it wasn’t me. I had paid by credit card over the phone so apparently someone
else signed my credit card receipt and glady took the pizzas. I told the guy
that how come the driver didn’t check a driver’s license first then he started
yelling at me over the phone that it wasn’t his driver’s fault. I told the guy
that I was going to call the police if he didn’t refund my money. He said that
he would send two more pizzas but I still had to pay. Wow!! I don’t get my order
, someone else signs my credit card receipt and gets my pizzas and on top of
it I get yeld at by the employee at Papa Johns. So another 45 minutes goes by and finally I give up. I call back and tell the manager I want refund. He starts yelling at me that he has two more pizzas on the way. I will never order from Papa Johns again. There are plenty of other pizza businesses that will appreciate my business and treat me like a customer.
