We all hate on this place and its owners but you know we’ll always be coming back to the hometown subway when I was like 16 they gave me a tuna sandwich instead of turkey and gaslight me into thinking I ordered it wrong, but the other day they folded my hg’s sandwich so bad I had to come back for vengeance on the Google review ✊ the beef be lasting that long huh

Food was good but the customer service could have been better. The guy that served me seemed to be somewhat nice but the older lady that finalized the deal seemed to be very rude. She wouldn’t look at me when she spoke to me and she was raising her voice at me like she was angry about something. I’m satisfied with my purchase but I didn’t feel welcomed here.

One out of the 2 guys at the counter was very rude , irresponsible and frustrated. The younger person was better in customer service and did a good job. The veg patty smelled foul like stale oily stuff.

Totally, I do not recommend this place. When did I get there? I asked them I could use the . I wanted to use it. The sink. I wanted to use the sink , I was told No vegetables were all old like a week ago. I do not recommend this place, the service has to be better.,,When I got here I asked if I could use the bathroom and they told me no, the bathroom is not public.

I ordered veggie patty 12 inch and lady who took my order didnt even add sauce to my sub properly, just one line for whole sub . Now while im eating im feeling like its a bread and veggies inside with no sauces or no taste!!!! And even she wrapped my sub too badly im attaching pic as well!!!!Terrible experience

Okay judging on my overall experience… And just so you all know I’m only comparing it to my collective experiences at Subway, and other “fast food” deli stores. Ill say they wanted to have me out the store 5 mins after 9:43. Which isnt there listed closing time. I’m neat with my food and not making a mess or anything to refrain them from closing down. My sandwich was okay they didn’t have mozzarella cheese which was a huge fail. She took my direction on making my sandwich with some some minor misunderstandings. I felt quickly rushed to get out of the way to the next customers. Which is cool if you don’t forget to put my cookies in the bag along with some napkins. So overall 2 stars for just the effort and not having any issue with my order being made in a different than their standard procedure.

Coming into the store and the guy says: sorry we are closed, we close at 9:00pm. I asked him, why in the door says until 9:30pm?, he doesn’t answer anything.
