We got an amazingly awesome reception and the order was big and we were well attended with efficiency, excellence and professionalism.
Despite the size of the order for 40 PCs chicken drums and wings plus accompaniments, the food didn’t take long to be served and was hot, delicious and yummy that came with different flavors.
Thank you Team Wingstop at Richmond, TX and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this location, they’re a great team ❤️‼️

I called in to place an order during a UFC Fight Night. I placed an order for a 50pc Wing Group Pack. The young lady on the phone was very nice and took my order with a great attitude! I even asked for specific requests made to my order and she was completely cool about it. I left home during the second to last fight of the night. I arrived to pick up my order and it was ready to go! Food was hot and upon inspection, EVERYTHING was great. They accommodated my requests PERFECTLY! Food tasted amazing and I made it home just in time before the main fight started. The crew working that night were definitely top notch! My friends and I were impressed, it was the main reason I even decided to leave a review. 10/10 all around!

Been coming here for like 2+ years and Its my favorite wingstop location. Theres actually a wingstop 2 minutes from my house but I always choose to drive the 15 mins to get to this one. Assistant Manager is an amazing guy and super nice. My food always comes out quick, hot, and tasty! Thank you guys for all that you do, I’ll continue coming here every week!

We’ve been to this Wingstop several times, and this is the second time the wings tasted old, like they were already made and just covered with sauce. On top of that, our order was missing items. Very disappointing experience.

I came to visit my sister in Richmond for thanksgiving traveled from Waco,Tx and by Saturday we wanted something different to eat well let me tell you, this wingstop was clean, neat, smelled amazing, staff was very kind and happy and friendly I was greeted upon entering by the whole staff as well as appreciated as a customer the order was correct nothing was left out or missed food was a 20/10 hot and scrumptious thank you so much for your service and excellent hospitality
