Went in at 8:16pm, one girl working. She ripped my sub, beat my sub, was yelling at my sub. Complaining about her job the whole time, worst experience anyone could have. Worst sub also.

Made me sick, I think the meat was bad, the spinach was so nasty I had to take it ALL off. Not very impressed, probably will not get subway again for a VERY LONG TIME! I used to rave about these subs, now I regret buying gift cards for family and friends

Ordered meatball sub….asked employee if meatballs were hot and she replied that they were… when I went to eat my sub, meatballs and sauce were cold…..girl never asked me if I wanted sub toasted….she was not unfriendly nor rude….just seemed to be only employee working

My wife went to order by phone for a big order and they wouldn’t allow it so she had to go over to the store which is the subway in Horseheads in the Grand Central plaza and told the worker what she needed and it was a big order at least ten orders and the worker seemed pretty upset about it. Well if they would take the order either on line or over the phone they wouldn’t fell rushed.

The staff was excellent! Food was delicious! The only reason they didn’t get a five star is I thought it was a bit pricey. That said, I guess prices everywhere have increased.
