I’ve been wanting to try Isabella’s since we moved to the area. I didn’t have huge expectations but expected a lot better than what we received. We were greeted at all when we entered so we didn’t know whether to sit or go to the counter. The food was horrendous. We started with the Cheese Arancini and they had absolutely no flavor. We ordered two 10″ pizzas – The Matt and The Godfather. Both pizzas were significantly undercooked. The Matt had canned pineapple, which I didn’t expect considering it’s kind of peak pineapple season, and the chicken was GRAY and tasted bad. I literally picked all the toppings off except for the jalapenos in fear this was going to make me sick. My husband had The Godfather which he did not like. He said the sausage did not taste well and, overall, the pizza had little flavor. The waiter was running around taking care of inside and outside customers, while taking orders. We really did not see anyone else in the dining area other than two younger workers who brought the pizzas to the table, spilling grease all over the table, laughing and not being seen again, except on their phones through the openings. We did not mention anything to the waiter, as he only asked us if we needed anything in passing and we knew none of what we were experiencing had anything to do with him.
I can only recommend the draft beer choices, hence the 2 stars. It was $70+ for three draft beers, our “app”, and two personal pizzas. With prices like this, you would think the food would be decent – even the pineapple was flavorless!
Very disappointed we paid for this meal.
Update: After a response from the owner, I will clarify my concerns regarding the chicken. We did not think it was raw. Some of the pieces had a pork texture, which I do not eat, so that was concerning and other pieces tasted like they were old and/or spoiled. In addition, the reason for sharing the cost of our meal is that the quality of the ingredients and final product did not justify the price, in my opinion. We should have known by the last month of reviews (avg 2.625 stars) that we should have gone elsewhere but wanted to try something new.

We came in with a group of 10, seeing the restaurant was empty probably should’ve been our first sign to leave. The food was pretty hit and miss, some were decent, some were terrible. The soft drinks tasted weird, the Carlisle pizza dough was undercooked, wings were overcooked. The prices were more expensive than we expected, around $27 for a large pizza, $14 for a small.
The only good takeaway was the service, but good god it took so long for the food to come out.

I see a lot of negative things being said but I didn’t experience any of that. Only thing I would say is my pizza was just a tad over cooked but I still enjoyed it. The seasoned fries were great. The waitress was great. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the music was enjoyable. My kids bacon cheese fries were good. Overall not bad at all.

Cool little place across from the train tracks. The restaurant looked like a rail car. The food was perfect. The pizza wasn’t too crunchy nor too doughy. It was cooked just right. Cheesy Bread was great as well. The staff was awesome and very attentive.

And my experience, Isabella’s pizza and subs, I had an amazing surfer. If I remember correctly, her name was Jasmine! She introduced herself- respectfully greeting all of us at our table. Honesty, for a pizza/sub restaurant, her surface was impeccable….
She was very responsive and expressive. I enjoyed how nice she was, and she had a really good smile on her. Jasmine was VERY sweet and even helped ensure we got our meals ASAP. The food was also very good..
I really liked it here at Isabella’s and plan to visit you guys again soon. See you all soon, and hopefully Jasmine can be our server that day!!!
Thank you again for your service(s)
Kyle.

Went here and was not impressed. They were short staffed so totally fine to wait. However, once we got our food, the pizza was soaking wet on the bottom, it was undercooked, and not hot. The club was okay but not great. The pizza crust seemed like the precooked kind you get at Walmart. As a plus, the view from the outside seating area was very pretty.

This was a nice little family owned pizza shop. The pizza was delicious and they have Mr. Pibb instead of Dr. Pepper which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very nice, it takes a little time for them to get to you but with a packed house they were doing their best. I would visit again in the future!

Cute place. The waitress was super friendly but my homie had the steak salad which was cold hamburger essentially I had the pizza which was raw. They didn’t offer to crisp it up even after showing them.

I’m a hiker on the AT and Isabella’s was the worst meal I have had. I ordered a chicken wrap and fries. What I received was a loosely thrown together wrap that I could not even pick up to eat without it falling apart. I had to ask for silverware to eat it. The fries were old and tough. I asked for the price of the fries to be removed and in doing so the price of my meal went from $12.95 to $14.95. I argued but to no avail. I texted the business with my complaint but no response. Maybe they do much better with their pizzas. In hindsight I should have refused to accept the meal but I had waited a long time to receive my order and I was hungry. Not a happy hiker here.

We stopped in for lunch. It’s a very basic place with $14 BLT and subs. The bread was burnt the ingredients tasteless average. The place smells of fried food. The latrines unclean. Best to try another place.
