We used to like to go there for lunch sometime. Food is ok but service and food quality being up and down. Our lady visit was such a horrible experience. We lived in Southern California for 18 years and loved Chipotle there.
This particular place/location, we are done with that.
We were there last week, I ordered bowl with Caritas, and meat was low so I said oh your meat is low. The girl said let me get more from the back, and she got more from the back. And I paid $17 but didn’t think about the total. When my wife came in, she said why $17. And we checked the receipt and I was charged $4.19 for extra meat. So we went to asked why I wad charged for that which I didn’t ask for and wasn’t told for extra, and its $4 for a little bit of meat? Come on!

I always thought this Chipotle was convenient because of the easy pick up window, but my order kept being incorrect.
They barely put anything in the bowls. I watched the guy eat food right in front of me while preparing my order. He kept talking to his co-workers and said
“You know why we didnt run out of food? Cause im working tonight haha”
Which has me believing they are doing this on purpose so they don’t have to make more.
Gave half the guac needed
Was forgetting to add guac to another bowl and had to correct employee (he was too busy talking)
The WB Chipotle is much better and I never have an issue!

The food is usually tasty but what I really don’t appreciate is that they will consistently miss things. Can’t get straws for drinks, forks or napkins. Order a salad and they won’t include your vinaigrette and double meat is really a scam because when you’re ordering it online you will only get the regular size portion. The staple in the coffin is the fact that you can’t reach anyone at the store. I want to give you the opportunity to get it correct with reminding you but it will never connect you to any employees, only IVR. You know people hate automated service because the options never fully assist with needs right?

I was double charged. I ordered ONE steak bowl. I was charged for the steak bowl as well as a totally separate bowl. I did not order or receive this bowl. When I called customer service they refused to refund me for the bowl that I did not get! If I could give 0 stars I would. I will NEVER go back to this chipotle. And I am EXTREMELY irritated at there lack of customer service!

We have ordered food 5 times since they opened. Only 2 of those orders were correct. The food was hot, looked good, and tasted good. We ordered double meat in one burrito bowl and they didn’t put in any meat. Other orders were missing rice and other add ons. Those missing items can add up when you need to pay for each additional topping. I would not recommend ordering online since it seems to be getting worse every time I go. I would recommend going in and watching them put the food together. The food is good, the people are friendly, but they miss a lot.

It’s the worst Chipotle i have ever been to. waited 18 minutes for a “ready-pickup” placed 45 minutes prior. Rudely stating I must wait while slowly attending other upset customers. Just to get home , have no utensils, no napkins and soke extremely salty food. If you’re a fan of Chipotle you will not be after a few times here !

The quality is okay and the people are nice but the attention to detail is horrendous. My last three pickup orders have been wrong. This time I’m missing 3 orders of chips and guac, and with no way to contact support via the app I have to take the L. Gonna use up my points and not come back.

Walked in to pick up an order that I ordered online. Had the pleasure to watch them actually make it since they was never ready and proportionalize. Wasn’t there after paying much extra? Know what combination left without my food never got? My refund was given half a refund for food. I never received people are ridiculous. The manager pretty cocky and smart spoken. Highly don’t recommend ordering from here if you don’t feel like punching somebody in the face
