1st time we ordered from here it is Very good!! The sauce is amazing!! Toppings, there are plenty of, most pizza places slight on the toppings not here. Seems like “extra” cheese is standard. Baked to perfection!!! Cant wait to try something else from their menu!!

Called immediately and asked for a manager. Girl who answered said there wasn’t one right now. I explained the situation and she said her system didn’t show extra sauce. Long story short, she didn’t care that barely any sauce was on our pizza let alone extra sauce
I pointed out that there are a few delivery pizzas places and she said “go ahead and order from them”
Never apologized that our pizza was wrong
Horrible workers will never order from them again

Haven’t tried the food but when ordering food over the phone the person that’s taking the order should be nice right? Well I guess not. As someone that’s from the west coast and everytime I ordered a salad there was always “thousand island dressing” as an option, mind you this is my first impression of you guys since I just moved here and trying for the first time. If you have to ask someone if you guys have it or not that’s one thing but asking the other girl that’s in the back round literally giving so much attitude saying “what the hell is that” with so much attitude that’s super unprofessional and just not okay.
Just next time use the mute button it’s not that difficult.

It was my first time ordering from Jimmy’s pizzeria, and I was looking forward to it. The pizza was good, but we also ordered an eight piece chicken and JoJos. They gave me eight chicken tenders? If an eight piece chicken and JoJos is a struggle, I don’t think that I’ll be back to the establishment.

I just moved to carrollton from oklahoma tonight I ordered a pizza and a 2 piece white meat that was on there menu on line when I got the order it was chicken stripes so I called and the girl that answered was very rude she said its on are menu that we do chicken stripes if it is didnt see it then I would suggest taking it off menu if you dont sell it and dont be so rude first time getting there and last not because food was bad because she was very rude

Clearly have no idea what they are talking about because their website menu says Lasagna and you plan all day to order some Lasagna for supper, you call and they say we don’t have Lasagna. I am attaching a picture from their menu.

We just moved to the area and of course needed a new pizza place. After learning that Jimmy’s pizzeria and Jimmy’s backyard barbecue are affiliated that was a no-brainer for me of where to go next. I got the old world style pepperoni and it was perfection. I’ve always been told if a place can’t make a classic pepperoni pizza right they have no business being in the pizza business. Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Jimmy’s backyard barbecue for lunch and Jimmy’s pizzeria for dinner. I’m sure they’ll be many more days like that in the near future.
