I’m an avid Chipotle eater and this is one of, if not the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food just tastes better (vinaigrette done just right), it’s kept warm and fresh and my online orders are always ready before the scheduled time for pickup. We like it so much will drive past other Chipotles to get to this one.
I super highly recommend it for take out (I can’t speak on dine in but imagine the food is just as good eating inside as outside)

I’ve honestly gone months without ordering before because the quality just isn’t there. Everytime I try to give this location another chance, it continues to disappoint me. The meat is always fatty. Whether its the chicken, or steak. Its always fatty. Or maybe im just unlucky and always get those parts. But its disappointing paying almost $20 after I tip…..and half the meat is not edible. I will almost always get fajitas on it. Well I either get uncooked green peppers or the nasty hairy end of a onion. It still has the roots on the bottom. The quality hasn’t been good. So I have decided after my last meal I bought there tonight, that im never wasting my hard earned money here again. Do better chipotle.

This restaurant has everything you need for a good meal and a reasonable price. If you like spice , no problem. Don’t want spice? No problem.
Parking is free and pretty easy to get a spot right outside. There are other businesses nearby and that can make things harder at time to park.
The staff is all over your order so food is fast and fresh – and tasty.

I left a pretty bad review a few months ago and I must say my visit today was leaps and bounds better! It was clean, all the staff was friendly, food was good! I will say, I wanted steak for my burrito but it looked a little unattractive freshness wise so I opted for chicken. That’s the only negative I got! Happy I gave this Chipotle another shot!

I go there a lot almost everyday and every time I go in everyone is just so nice to me. Especially the girls that work there. They’re quick too. Everyone there is just wonderful and I will always go to this Chipotle. I wish I knew their names and one of the young men that works there. Thank you so much 🙂

Ordered through the mobile app to pick up via drive-through. My husband picked up our order and brought it home. When I opened my chicken quesadilla, it was bad. If there was cheese, I didn’t see it, quesadilla wasn’t even completely cut in half so I couldn’t pick up the sandwich as intended to eat, due to the lack of cheese the chicken filling completely fell out leaving the flappy wrap as a husk. The chicken that fell out looked old and dried up, not fresh.
Called to complain. They did ask how long it would take me to arrive to ensure the remake was fresh, which I appreciated. When I arrived they switched it out and the new quesadilla I received looked like it should. I asked for some type of credit to be reapplied to our account due to the inconvenience and 20 minutes of wasted gas from the added drive, when it should’ve been right the first time I picked it up. They refused anything and informed me that they don’t do refunds of any sort to anyone. Poor customer service.
Thankfully this doesn’t happen to me often, but the one occasion at chic-fil-a where they made a mistake they not only redid the order to perfection, but also offered a free item coupon for the future. They know how to do customer service, this Chipotle does not. We won’t waste our time ordering from this Chipotle again.
The ones in Easton and Severna Park are way better. Since it’s clearly going to total to that long of a drive anyway, we’ll take our patronage to the other locations which have always done a beautiful job!
Side note, the salsa didn’t look fresh either. It does and always has at all of the other locations.

This is the 3rd time they have messed up my mobile order. This time I ordered quesadillas 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak. It was missing the steak. Plus I ordered rice and beans; but they totally left them out of the box. Couple of other times they left out several items from my bowl. Plus the employees that work the drive thru window are very rude. They never greet or say thanks. Will not be giving them my money.

It was a chipotle as expected. Plenty of seating and the spots were decently clean. There are few outdoor seating options too. The staff were nice and the food was good and had clean spots to seat. Can’t ask for anything else.

I visited the new Chipotle in Stevensville and was blown away. From the moment I walked in, everything looked spotless, the area where you can eat, the counters, even the drink station were immaculate. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the place clean and welcoming.
The food? Perfect. My bowl was fresh, flavorful, and put together with care, every bite tasted better than I expected. I’ve eaten at plenty of Chipotle locations over the years, but this one genuinely delivered the best experience I’ve had so far. Friendly staff, fast service, and quality that stood out. I can’t wait to go back.
