This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in my entire life. First, we ordered a beer and the bartender poured it with 6 inches of foam on the top, but we didn’t complain because it’s a wine bar so they probably don’t get many beer orders. Then, we ordered a $25 charcuterie board for an appetizer thinking we would be getting a spread. However, what we really got was 3 pieces of warm salami, a handful of stale crackers and 6 tiny triangles of moldy cheese (the only good thing was the fruit). By the time we had received the charcuterie, we had ordered our entrées and couldn’t cancel them. When we got the entrées we couldn’t help but laugh. The panini was the smallest and saddest sandwich I had ever seen and the salad? It was lettuce with what tasted like microwaved chicken skewers and the smallest drizzle of dressing for $17. We went in because the outdoor space and wine menu was impressive but left more than disappointed. The service was decent, as a server I understand it’s not her fault. At the end, we were annoyed with the over $100 tab for a few drinks and nasty food.

Great spot for a drink after work or a date night. You come for the drinks. The food isn’t substantial but great for snacking. You can make a meal out of it, but more tapas style. The staff is awesome. First time here and cece, Allison and Anna were very welcoming. Can’t wait to comeback during warmer weather for outside seating.

The live band accompanied by the delicious Cabernet was a perfect Friday night! Paige, Alyssa, and Jude were extremely attentive, enthusiastic, and charming. Liz greeted us and gave a warm friendly welcome, much appreciated. Great vibes!

We had reservations for a bday party and I have to say that our waitress seemed burdened by doing her job. She was rude and acted like we were bothering her. Most of the food was out of stock and every question was answered by a snarky remark. I owned a restaurant and would never treat our clientele that way. Especially when they are spending good money in your restaurant. Will not be back .

Great experience and really helpful staff. I love the concept of a wine bar and being able to try different wines! The food was fabulous and there were even gluten free options– the beet salad was absolutely delicious! Wonderful atmosphere and knowledgeable, helpful staff. Kinda pricey, but worth it IMHO. Great place, will definitely go again!

I only ordered the bucking bronco martini.. at a wine bar. It was strong, I only needed one! They didn’t have the charcuterie boards during my visit so my party ordered the flat bread, I didn’t try it my friends said it was okay. Noone had a second piece though. I did enjoy the environment.

We visited today on only the second day of Wild Crush officially being opened, so needless to say, they’re still working out the kinks.
First off, the barn is a huge building but Wild Crush only takes up a portion of it, so it’s really not that big of a place. We sat on the patio which was covered and had heaters since it was gloomy today (though the heaters stopped working).
The appeal of this place, other than a place with a nice view to drink wine that isn’t all the way out in Augusta, is that you can self pour your own wine and sample a lot of varieties. The way it works is that you sit at a table and someone in your party scans the QR code that’s specific to your table. You order a wine card preloaded with $25, $50, $75, or $100, then you add a tip and check out. We ordered two cheese boards ($20 each, which ended up being small, pre-made boxes with soggy crackers) and a $50 wine card for the 4 of us to start. Instructions weren’t really clear after that. We didn’t know if we showed our receipt at the bar to get our card or if a waitress was supposed to drop it off at our table or what. We asked around the the bartender was able to get it for us.
The pouring station has, I believe, 24 different varieties ranging from sweet whites to dry reds, mostly from California but a few French, Italian, and Argentinian ones mixed in. You insert your card and choose your pour size – 2 oz, 4 oz, or 6 oz. The cheapest was $4 or $5 for a 2 oz pour, I believe. The larger the pour, the better the deal. Overall, expect to pay more than you would for a typical glass of wine.
The layout left a lot to be desired. We’ve done similar self-serve wine experiences before and they’re typically in a circle so you can navigate around easily. The setup here is a straight line across a narrow entry, which is terrible. It gets very crowded and you can’t really see the options without being in everyone’s way. Furthermore, since our party was sharing a card, we hit a limit at one point because it thought we were one person getting trashed and it automatically cut us off, so we had to get it reactivated.
The wine itself was good, but they seriously need to change the layout. We also tipped up front ($20) and everything was self serve, so we basically paid that for them to drop off our prepackaged cheese boxes.
Like I said, they just opened, so maybe we’ll come back in the spring and give them another chance if they’ve made some changes. But till then, I’d rather just drink our own wine on our own patio.

The wine dispensers are so cool! The flatbreads are amazing. We loved our charcuterie box. If you keep your wine card, you can reload it for your next visits. A prepaid way to wine.

One of the worst experiences dining. I’m not one to write reviews because I work in the service industry and have for 8 years. But everything was over priced and I had the worst service. I came for a birthday party and I had to call over the server every time I needed her. Took 45 minutes for an appetizer and a drink. And she overcharged me at the end of the night. Would never come back or recommend for others. Tons of better wineries and restaurants in the area. $40 for bad service & an app & drink. Not worth it.

I was with a friend on the patio at Wild Crush Saturday night and must say how awful I felt for the servers trying to accommodate a group who seemed to take over the patio causing quite a commotion. As someone who has worked in this industry I really felt for the servers who were trying to please these people. I’d say turning the patio into a selfie venue and rearranging the patio furniture was over the top. I’ve always loved and enjoyed this unique establishment and beautiful patio experience… however, this particular group of folks on Saturday night were a big disruption. Keep up the good work Wild Crush!!! Love your beautiful place!!
