They doubled my order, returned to pick up the second order, but never refunded me. When i called to complain, they hung up on me and would not identify nor put manager on phone. As a weekly customer for numerous years I was appalled and refuse to ever use them again.

Attention expired products (ham). Second time this has happened. Last Friday I placed my order online for 2 pizzas. At the time we thought the ham flavor was a bit strong and I didn’t pay attention. The questionable and worrying thing is that as always I put the leftovers in the fridge and, surprise, when we went to look at them and reheat them on Saturday the ham was green. It’s worrying that I paid to be sold expired products or products about to expire? It’s a health hazard. Next step: complaint to the state consumer health office. Never again. #NO MORE DOMINOS

Why does the website offer toppings options not available in your store? Then your staff gives you hard time over replacing the ingredient you paid for with something else because technically it did not print on their receipt? Thanks for reminding me I can still go to Stop and Shop to pick up a same quality pizza. At least I know what I’m paying for and saving unnecessary stress.
