This restaurant offers one of the most beautiful and thoughtful courses I’ve had in Niseko.
Every dish from the delicate sushi bites to the seared scallop, seasonal vegetables, perfectly cooked meats, and the warm fish soup was crafted with incredible care.
The presentation is stunning, the flavors are balanced and deep, and the pacing of the course makes the whole experience feel special.
Dessert was simple but perfect, and I left completely satisfied.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable meal in Niseko!

Wagyu & Seafood Niseko Naniwatei Restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor, and the tonkatsu was incredibly juicy, not dry at all. You can really taste the quality. The cozy atmosphere made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Definitely worth the price for a satisfying and relaxing dining experience. Highly recommended!

The food there was amazing, I only wish that I had more appetite to fit in the last course of grilled yellowtail with noodle. It was so delicious.

The story I want to tell today is about their credibility.
They made a mistake in billing. We finished dinner at about 9:15 pm. And I received a call from the restaurant at about 10:35 pm. We were leaving the next morning but it was sowing heavily and windy the night. The chef made a trip to out accommodation and hand delivered the refund to me.

I didn’t get a chance to take a photograph of them, but was able to catch their footprints in the deep snow at the front of our place.

Such an amazing dinner. We had the winter course menu and added the snow crab — everything was incredible from start to finish.

Our waitress was so lovely and super knowledgeable, recommending a great local wine and explaining the local produce used in the dishes. Her English was excellent and the mix of English and Japanese really added to the atmosphere.

Even though it was a quiet night with only one other table, the service was flawless. The chef coming out at the end for a chat (with the waitress translating) was a really nice touch. Highly recommend if you’re in hirafu!

This creative Hokkaido cuisine is stunning!!! These delicious sea food,Wagyu meat and vegetables are from Niseko,Rankoshi,Yoichi and Shiretoko,all over Hokkaido. I definitely recommend Niseko Naniwatei this season!

This restaurant is a hidden gem for a short ski in ski out lunch! Prices are good, you order through a QR code and get your own food. We had the rice bowls and chicken ramen and thought the food was tasty and fresh. It’s kinda pricey for Japan, but the food is yummy and location is just too good.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick ski lunch!

My workmates and I came here for our last meal before leaving Niseko and we are so glad that we picked this restaurant! The hot noodles and shrimp potstickers were delicious as well as the karaage chicken. Lovely modern restaurant, quick service and even a place to leave your ski helmet if you are coming straight from the hill.

33000 yen per person course, very small portion dishes. They call every ingredient locally produced but with a simple cooking way and expensive price. shouldn’t it be cheaper? . I always go to Tokyo to find good food. 33000yen In Tokyo, I can have very decent course menu, and those food are transported to Tokyo from different parts of Japan. The only good dish is the beef steak, very tender. But the beef is definitely not high grade wagyu beef, because I cannot the the fat. So the beef should not be expensive, but the chef cooked it right. Oh, they do have crab dishes in the course, very very small portion. I even have no interest to take a photo .Overall, definitely not worth it! no, no way!

Overall, the dinner was eatable, but definitely not worth the slippery slope to get there to the restaurant. Except for the potatoes nothing stands out, the portion is kind of small, we were late due to traffics in Hirafu area, so we did call our hotel and asked them to let the restaurant know if it was okay or not, the restaurant said it was okay, but they might need to serve the dishes faster than usual, we didn’t expect that means they leave out half of the dishes in the menu on the table like some kind of Fastfood sharing way……one of us have a shorter menu than the others but instead of serving people with longer menu, this restaurant literally just served the person with the shorter menu first, which doesn’t really make any sense as that person will be having dessert while others are still on their main course……it was kind of ridiculous the way they rushed us, while at the end we actually had to wait quite a well to get the sabu sabu and wagyu steak, desserts for the longer menu…….we did manage to return the table on time so the rush was really unnecessary……the whole experience has been quite unpleasant, so for us we will not be going again……one of us is allergic to bamboo shoots which we notified the restaurant in advance but obviously they just ignored it and served it anyway, why bother to ask if there is any allergies restriction if they plan to ignore it in the first place
