Was passing by and noticed the open sign on, no cars in the parking lot, so we stopped by for some breakfast. Nice atmosphere, waitress was nice, they forgot my bacon, which was quickly corrected. Only thing I didn’t like was the tortilla were not fresh but looked like store bought. That would have made it 5 stars on the food. And how did they know I love crinkle fries, my favorite.

So we thought we would give the new digs a try. Let me start with the building was clean (new) plenty of seating. I didn’t use the restrooms. They even offer drive-thru as a new option. I would highly suggest calling in your order instead. The order took nearly an hour and a half from start to delivery. The wait staff appeared to be doing ok, but the kitchen seems like they can only process 1 ticket at a time. I remember them being slow on Gregg Street, but not this bad. The food once we got it was ok. My wife had the brisket taco plate, and I had the Birria tacos. Overall, my opinion is, it’s ok food if you’re not in a big hurry, don’t plan on a 30 min. lunch here. They are friendly, and the A/C works really well, so that’s a plus. I hope they can pick up the pace soon.

I highly recommend this food truck! It’s located right next to the Take 5. The owners were very nice! You can call in your order ahead of time as well! My boyfriend & I got the BBQ Pork Burger Meal, the fries were good, the bbq burger was delicious! The flavor wasn’t your topical sweet BBQ sauce, it was a little spicy, it was great! They even give you extra sauce. I’ve also had the different type of tacos, brisket cheese fries, and quesadillas, every single thing I’ve had is delicious!!

After a 45 minute wait we were served cold food! No kids menu so 12.99 for a cold nuggets & fries. Two Monday specials served cold. Very expensive for poor food quality. Also the only high chair is a bar level chair .. but no bar top tables. Dangerous and strange. The one server in the building was nice .. but nice doesn’t get return customers.

Wow! If youre not eating at Mimas youre missing out!! They’re easily serving some of the best food in Big Spring yall! So far I’ve tried the birria with beans, the brisket tacos, and the monster Supreme burrito… everything is excellent! Sweet, friendly people too. Fresh ingredients all the way and plenty of food for your money! Never had any trouble and stopped in many times. Ty Mimas! Oh plenty of parking too 🙂

I have always enjoyed eating at the old Mima’s food trailer location multiple times. I decided to drive out and try the new location. We (party of 2) were the only customers in the place. The server was very inexperienced, but my complaint was not really with her. Thirty minutes after we ordered, I walked up to the kitchen window to ask about our food. I could see our order was sitting there. A male in the kitchen (I think the cook) rudely told told me he just finished with the enchiladas and to “go sit down”! His tone and choice of words almost sent me walking out the door. I strongly suggest to Mima to instruct her employee that he should never, ever tell a hungry customer to “go sit down”. I will never go back (which is a shame, because the food was good) and will pass on my experience to friends and family.
