Little light on the chicken but everything else was awesome. We hit the lottery with that burrito and all the bowls were pretty good as well. For as large of an order as it was everything was correct and it was ready on time. I’d go back for sure!

We’d never placed an online order before. We had to in order to be able to take advantage of a free chips and queso offer. The people working in the store were so helpful. We are visiting the area and were pleased to find the Chipotle well stocked, clean and friendly. They even had their specialty drinks made and ready. We’ll be back!

Waited 20 minutes for a take out order and I’m the only customer in the building. These two guys were just talking the entire time. I’ll never be coming here again. I love Chipotle but this is where I draw the line. Worst service I’ve ever experienced!!!!

This location is consistently the best run Chipotle I have visited. The line moves fast even during the busy hours, and every ingredient looks fresh. The staff works with real efficiency and still pays attention to small details. My order is always exact and the portions are controlled without feeling stingy.
The restaurant is clean, the service is steady, and the food quality is reliable every time.

Good experience at this new location. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they didn’t skimp on the portions—my bowl was packed. Everything tasted fine, and the service was quick. However, the one complaint is that grilled veggies weren’t grilled. They were hard and raw.

On today, 2/2/26, I’m not sure who cooked the steak but it was perfect. I took a break from this chipotle location because each time my order was wrong or the steak was just not it BUT today…. Chefs kiss. They need to cook it every time.

We stopped by during a busy period, and it was clear the team was working hard to keep things moving. Although the line was short, some ingredients were unavailable, which created delays. It seemed the volume of customers this evening may have been higher than expected.
Moving forward, it might be helpful to review inventory preparation and staffing plans for peak times. With a little additional support and planning, the team would likely be better equipped to handle rushes and provide a smoother experience for customers.

I just had 4 dead fruit flies in my bowl all on the lettuce (that I was able to see) and I stopped eating it No telling how many more are in there. I’ve been here a few times and this time was my last. I was super excited to have a chipotle near my home but that was short lived. Gross.

If I could put 0 stars I would but for the sake of leaving a review I had to at least put 1. I LOVE chipotle and have never ever had an issue with them until today. They somehow managed to completely screw up our order or gave us someone else’s order. Either way it was almost nothing we ordered. To top it all off, the chips were completely stale. I still love chipotle but this location will not be getting my business again. Please do better.

We popped in for lunch. They didn’t have any chicken we had the carne asada instead. There was way to many globs of fat they we were unable to chew. That wasn’t pleasant. The dinning area was dirty, so we opted to eat outside. So happy for cooler weather. We normal have better results. Maybe they were just having an off day. We’ll give it another go.
