I have to say those were excellent. They were crispy on the outside and and moist in the inside. They were perfect.
We tried an order of the cavatelli with the homemade vodka sauce topped with whipped burrata. WOW so good!
Last, but not least, we tried the orecchiette Barese it has Italian sausage and rapini
It was another winner. I have to tell you that their pasta was not out of a box. It was homemade, outstanding! Now my only complaint was, I thought that the portions were a little small but in all fairness, it was homemade pasta. It was not cheap boxed pasta. so if you’re looking for a good Italian homemade pasta this is your place. They have an extensive menu, next time. I’m trying the pizza and their sandwiches.
Don’t pass this one up! It’s the real deal.
I will definitely go back!
They serve a variety of authentic pizza and pasta dishes, source their ingredients from Italy, and every person I saw working not only looks like they want to be there, but were more than willing to accommodate me.
If you’re in town visiting or just looking for a new spot – give this one a shot. You wont be disappointed.
10/10 must try
