We are a bakery, sandwich, and salad eatery located in the heart of Greenwich behind Saks. We offer coffee and breakfast from 8:00 AM and begin serving sandwiches once the bread is cool and sliced, around 9:00 AM. We make and prepare everything from scratch, early in the morning. Our original location is located on Nantucket and celebrates 50+ years in business! We offer a fast, friendly and affordable breakfast or lunch option in downtown Greenwich. Hope to feed you soon!

I come several times a week. Staff is courteous, food is very good. It’s my go-to spot.
They get orders wrong a bit more often than they should, leaving ingredients out of a salad or things like that. But if you mention it to them they will always make it right.
They work hard, the food is great, and they are eager to fix any issues. I’ve been working in the area for a decade, and they make the best salads and sandwiches in the neighborhood.

This is hands down my FAVORITE lunch spot. The food is always fresh and perfect, but the real reason I keep coming back is the amazing staff. Anthony, the manager, is beyond kind and welcoming. He truly sets the tone for the whole place. Louis along with Brenda and Carlos, are absolutely incredible. Every single visit they are friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help. Their service is consistently outstanding, and they make you feel appreciated the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a team this pleasant and hardworking. You can tell they care, and it shows. Keep doing what you guys are doing. You’re all amazing!

Really high quality food and service. Definitely try the Portuguese bread. Take advantage of their online ordering if going during lunch time to have sandwich ready to go when you arrive and have a cookie! Fresh and delicious ingredients.

The food here is amazing so far I’ve had the Mac with the pulled pork 10/10 the pulled pork compliments the Mac very well , the steak quesadilla 9/10 , steak and cheese 10/10 very fulling sandwitch its packed with meat very flavorful ! , chicken bacon Cesar salad 10/10 the double baked loaded potato 10/10 over all everything I’ve ordered was fresh and tasted great ! my go to place to eat for lunch & staff is great excellent customer service

I’ve been eating here for at least 5 years now. Completely Awesome Sandwiches!! Mostly, I throw down the Sprouts and Veggie sandwiches with cheese added so it’s not “vegan” but considered vegetarian. Their Half Sandwich is enough to fill up anyone. I’ve tried many places and it’s near impossible to find a veggie sandwich as delicious, as filling and as satisfying as Something Natural. I’ve also had the turkey sandwiches that are just as scrumptous. Terrific Staff, amazing food and super convenient. Considering how every single item is made to order and they still get it done within minutes no matter how busy, they’ll earn your business. I can’t say enough good things about them so, I Highly Recommend Something Natural!!

I have never been a cold sandwich guy. Ever. This place changed that. I come here for lunch literally every single day and get a different sandwich. Did i say cold? Their hot sandwiches are fire too. I stopped by today to give it another try and was verbally attacked by the owner. I told her I didn’t like her attitude and turned to leave, she said I wasn’t welcome back and as I left the building she chased after me yelling, “Eighty-sixed! Eighty-sixed!” It was comical and sad. If there was ever an establishment which needed new ownership/management this is it. Rather than fix the quality issues she attacked an honest review. I feel bad for anyone who works there. Hopefully the business finds new management.

The turkey sandwich used to be thinly sliced and flavorful and now it’s one thick dry slice. Really awful. Also, I can’t tell you how many times my wife has ordered the veggie sandwich with avocado only to find out when she gets home there is no avocado. These guys need to do something or they are going to lose all of their customers. Word gets around.
