I ordered something for pickup to eat at my job. Got there, got it fast, I thought everything was going to be fine. I’m finally sitting at work now and the stuff I told them to add on the sandwich, was either not on it or like the bare minimum and not spread across evenly. I taste pretty much nothing of what I added. Barely any meat, it’s missing things and I was being nice paying their overpriced price for a footlong. Won’t be ordering from this Subway again. Wasted $10 for just a foot long that tastes like nothing. Also will most likely be doing it in person.

The customer service was horrible. I ordered tuna sandwich using my app. I asked them if they switch it to hearty multi grain bread, they didn’t change it but instead they started laughing on me with each other. They were very rude and unprofessional. I will never order food from this location.

I have been to this subway many times before and have enjoyed the food but the last time I went I paid $16 for a tuna footling which was supposed to be a deluxe but I’m not sure the person behind the counter even knew what a deluxe was. Instead I got TOW AND A HALF SCOOPS of tuna spread over the whole foot long, my boyfriend also got significantly less meat on his sandwich from when we normally go. Not sure if they are still training this person or if they are just overly skimpy on the meat but what a waste of money!!

Staff was incapable of listening or preparing the sandwich correctly. They were told over 4 times what sandwich to make, and they still made the completely wrong sandwich. On top of that, the sandwich wasn’t even made to the standards of the menu item – a disgusting sweet and tangy sauce was put on it. Threw the entire sandwich out. Never go to this Subway. Horrible experience. Incompetent employees, and you’ll get ripped off. Avoid at all costs.

Went in for a classic chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and the two incompetent front workers skimped on both meats and cheese, then proceeded to tell me I was crazy and that they’re right no matter what. On top of that, the corporate number is a phony with some random on the other end hangs up on you.
