If anything on the menu says BBQ — get it. No hesitation. Their bread is crunchy, flaky, and dangerously good. It’s literally in the name Delite, and they did not lie.
The peanut sauce with the BBQ pork roll? Hands down the best in the Northeast. I briefly considered ordering another just to confirm.
Total hidden gem. And the Vietnamese coffee? So good it fueled me through a 17-hour drive with optimism and questionable confidence.
Will be back. Probably after road trip. 🙂
ordered 2 banh mi and a drink; it’s passable. the cold cut was ok. tasted like meat sat in the fridge too long and got that soggy texture to it. the grilled pork was a bit better. flavor isn’t your typical grilled pork like @ other Vietnamese establishments where the it’s sweet, savory…this is more like thin Korean pork bulgogi type. enjoyed the pickled veggies and size of the banh mi. the coffee wasn’t too bad. darker, rich flavor and good size, too.
atmosphere wasn’t that bad but 1 thing that got my attention was the cook. he stepped out of the kitchen to speak to someone and unfortunately he was wearing a very noticeable political hat. I can’t fathom how an immigrant would work in an establishment for other immigration supports someone who hates immigrants. this self hating person who obviously hates his own people is not someone I want making my food or my people’s food. keep that private, not at a work place. quite a disgusting view.
The menu offers a wide range of dishes, from traditional pho to banh mi, spring rolls, and flavorful rice plates. The pho is a standout: the broth is perfectly balanced, full of rich, comforting flavors that feel like they’ve been crafted with love and care. The fresh herbs, lime, and bean sprouts on the side allow you to customize it to your liking.
I also tried the banh mi, and it was incredible—the bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with a savory combination of meat, pickled vegetables, and fresh cilantro. Their spring rolls were light and fresh, with a peanut dipping sauce that tied everything together beautifully.
Btw dont forget to try their coffee. Order togo and sip it for road to your destination.
The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with just the right mix of modern and traditional Vietnamese decor. The staff was attentive and friendly, happy to explain the dishes and make recommendations.
This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again, whether for a casual meal or to introduce friends to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommended!
Food was incredible good!
Pho combination was my best bet here! But the menu looks fantastic. The only thing is was the plastic spoon, dirty or old, damaged or something. I think they should find the way to replace all of them.
Restaurant had good lighting, clean and prices are within reason. The coffee was delicious and big serving, coconut boba tea has been the best compared to other places. I’ll definitely recommend this place to all my family & friends.
I really appreciate the demeanor of the staff and management.
