Went by today for the first time. Ordered the loc; the server making the bagel said the salmon was frozen they had sold out for today, so I placed another order. The Lady making the bagel said, “oh I am sorry I just wanted to see your head turn. We do have unfrozen salmon.” So, I had to cancel the second order and repeat the first order. Meanwhile, the line was growing longer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE‼ This was not only frustrating to me; but to the coworker who took the order.

Bad customer service. A couple of weeks ago,I ordered a Baker’s dozen for my team. The lady told me that she will take my order, but to make sure I order a day in advance next time. There are no signs stating that policy. Today is a training holiday on base. Very limited personnel at work. I tried to order a Baker’s dozen again. The same lady, told me to wait for at least 30 minutes. But there are no other customers around. Lazy Einstein!

They provide good, fast service. They have the best cup of coffee on post, with good food options. The location at 2nd division drive seems to be busier than the location next to the bank.

This Einstein Bagels store is managed and run well. The food is good; especially the Plane Bagels and Plain Schmear. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. The 5-star rating is well deserved.

Always a long wait. Need to use the second cash register. Purchased a $7 salad. Not enough dressing, meat and cheese mediocre. Bagels are so so. Is it because the have a captive audience on a military base?

They put fennel seeds on their everything bagel. It does not belong! I checked the website for the ingredients and it lists Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed, Onion, Salt, Garlic. which is what I was expecting but to my surprise there were fennel seeds. I truly hate them, they are disgusting. Breakfast is ruined. This isn’t an Italian sausage!! 🙁
