Here’s my honest take on Flamez, now that they’ve been open a few months.
First off, the gyro meat was phenomenal. Spiced and cooked perfectly. That’s what we wanted to try. Well done, Flamez.
That said, we both feel like we overpaid for the amount of meat we received with our “Gyro Platters”. The plate was mostly a big salad with a handful of thin gyro strips, on a small bed of bland rice that was labeled Savory on the menu.
I actually asked to sub my salad with more rice and that didn’t happen, but I didn’t really care.
Server was nice, smiled and was friendly. Food was delivered quickly but wasn’t especially hot.
Good food, good service, but the pricing is too high for the portions.

Very nice staff and very fresh and tasty authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The chicken and beef dishes were excellent and so is the vegetarian plate. The almond tiramisu is also to die for! Please support local, this place is worth having in our neck of the woods.

We found a new favorite spot! Good options in the East Mountains are few and far between. This is definitely in our rotation.
Pro tip: ask for the special hot sauce and don’t skip the Dubai chocolate cheesecake

Really enjoyed our girls lunch at Flamez Fusion. Our server, Tim, was such a nice guy. He was attentive and took great care of the five of us. We enjoyed the hummus and pita chips. The hummus was fresh and tasty. I had a chicken Greek salad bowl. It was made with crunchy lettuce, feta, olives, onions and good seasonings. We split the key lime pie for dessert. It was yummy.

The food here is just fantastic! There’s a lot of hard surfaces so when it gets busy the noise level goes up. Absolutely no complaints on the food or the service! Tim is wonderful. The hummus is an absolute do not miss. Also the baklava dessert. But the gyro meat is wonderful and the fragrant rice that goes along with it delightful. Highly recommend in the mountains it’s hard to find good food.

My neighbor and I just tried Flamez for the first time today. The atmosphere inside is nice. The service was outstanding. I tried a Gyros wrap with fries, and my neighbor did the Gyros plate with rice and salad. Both were excellent. I really liked the seasoning on the fries as well! We both devoured our plates. We also splurged and ordered Baklava. WOW – nice serving portion, rich, flaky and delicious! I’m looking forward to coming back with friends. Very happy to have fresh Mediterranean food in the east mountains!

Yay, another great choice for dining out in the East Mountains is here for your pleasure! Just had lunch with my hubby & both entrees were delicious with perfect portion sizes! We will for sure return & try more menu items in the near future! Oh yeah, the music was super!

We did a to go order here. Took much longer than the estimate given on the phone. The gyros sandwich was comically small, especially for the price. Food quality was okay, but below average. Yet another East Mountains disappointment!

We stopped by after hiking tonight because we saw the restaurant served Mediterranean dishes that we enjoy, and we were not disappointed. We ordered the gyro player and a sampler plate of appetizers for two so we could try several items. Everything had a wonderful flavor and there was plenty of food for 2 people.
The service was very pleasant and our waiter very kind.

My family and I dined in at this delightful restaurant on Saturday night and loved it! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was so delicious, I had to ask the owners if I could have recipes for a couple of dishes. Both owners, husband and wife, were very nice and told us all of the food was made from scratch. Many of the recipes were from the mother of one of the owners. The bill was so affordable we decided to leave a big tip that was well deserved. A must for lunch or dinner.
