Every time we order pizza, it is from Mama Valenti’s. We were new to the area so we knew that picking a new pizza place was a roll of the dice. The first time we went in, we were treated very well, given coupons for future visits and treated with DELICIOUS pizza and cheesy bread at fantastic prices. Since that first visit, we have it delivered now, and are greeted by the same friendly, prompt delivery man every time. I highly recommend this establishment if taste, value, and excellent customer service are what you are looking for.

Not a good experience. For $26.00 we got a small pizza that was cold and soggy and some wings that were also cold and not well prepared. When we called them the person that answered the phone let us know that she really didn’t care. When we did get a manager he was very unprofessional and cared even less. There are quite a few pizza places around Andover that will definitely do better. I recommend that you avoid this place! The one good point is that with service, product and attitudes like that they won’t be around much longer.

Best ‘za in the area. Century old family recipe with quality a top priority. I recommend the thin crust, but the hand tossed is great too. Also, make sure to order cheesy bread.

Had Mama Valenti’s in the past and loved it. Tonight we tried to have some delivered. Our wait time was 45-60 minutes. About 75 minutes later, the driver calls for directions and says he is 7-9 minutes away. Another half hour goes by and we call the restaurant… They have no idea where he is. We try to call the driver, he doesn’t answer. ANOTHER half hour goes by and we call the restaurant again. They cancelled our order because the driver supposedly called and I did not answer my phone – MY PHONE NEVER RANG! Regardless of what happened with the phone call, don’t tell me the wait time is 45-60 min, and over two hours later STILL not be here.

Great pizza at a great price (spicy sausage is the best)! Love the fact that they have become a part of the community by supporting local schools and activities!!!
