Food was dry and old
They didn’t have mushrooms but instead of letting us know they stuck this note on our food and said they gave us a free fortune cookie! This is why i don’t order out much since covid, the incompetence is staggering. Will never order again!!! Also no sauce you’d think if you can’t get an order right u could perhaps put soy sauce in a bag. Nope. Your closing so no need to give people what they paid for. Sign of the times. Just awful

I come here often on my lunch break, and when I got here, the line was wrapped around the front when I finally got up to the front. I ordered two entrées and one side. This woman filled up. My container was so much rice and then she only put one scoop of chicken when I asked her cause she put a little bit more chicken just to cover the rice. She said that’s gonna be extra. The manager‘s name is Alex and she’s the same woman who’s serving. Whoever owns this franchise needs to teach these people customer service !! It’s no reason why we wait 10 minutes in a line just for you to be extra stingy with the food. Do not go here. Avoid this location at all cost!!!

Here for the first time and experience was brief since there was no line but it was good enough that I had to come leave a review! Mecca and Koryn specifically took care of my husband and I and they were so welcoming, patient, and respectful and took care of our meals. It was delicious and everything was made promptly and cleanly. The establishment was also very clean with no messes, clean and organized tables, even the stations. We would definitely love to come back when we’re in the area!

If I could rate this visit with negative stars, I would. I walked in expecting a quick meal and instead got a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. The staff was overflowing the plates of people they clearly knew, laughing it up behind the counter… but the second they turned to me, it was like the generosity dried up. My bowl was basically a mountain of rice with a few sad, lonely pieces of chicken thrown on top. It felt disrespectful, honestly.
And the dining area? A disaster. Dirty tables everywhere, zero urgency to clean anything, and no sense of pride in the place at all. For a brand as big as Panda Express, this location is an embarrassment.
If management cares even a little, they need to step in and fix the customer service, the cleanliness, and the portion standards. Because right now, this place isn’t even trying.

Came here and ate for the first time. Ordered a bowl that had lo mein and orange chicken and a plate that had orange and sesame chicken, fried rice, and lo mein.
You should definitely ask for the Teriyaki sauce with all meals as it’s typically dry without it.
The customer service wasn’t the best when I walked in initially, no one spoke and when I went to the register to pick up the food I wasn’t greeted, which was odd and shocking.
None the less this tasted like a typical Panda Express meal. Scale to 1-10 is give it a 7.5. Restaurant was very clean and it’s located in a very nice area .
Would go back and try again.

I am actually reviewing base on receiving the food. I did not go inside the restaurant and interact with the staff. I have seen Panda express for years and never bothered to go. I am actually surprised by the deliciousness of the food. The orange chicken was so crispy under the sweet glaze. It was not too dry. The lo mein noodles was a little dry but still yummy. I may consider this restaurant more often

Glad that they were open. They sent the locals coupons for free bowls when you buy one, unfortunately I couldn’t find mine at the moment but I still went in and grabbed lunch. My go-to is the Orange Chicken and Walnut Shrimp. It tasted the same as times past, the lo mein was slightly off, but I’m going to give them some time to get situated as they just recently opened. Don’t count them out, I need them to stay local.

The franchise really need to set standard for the minimum amount that needs to be added for the price paid, especially for the protein. It would not be a bad idea for Corporate to audit the place and validate the claims made by customers. It is really getting annoying.

So this place is very misleading! They stop cooking at nine 930. Was open till 1030 so they do not serve food or remake food after they close the kitchen at 9:30. When you ask at 9:30 are they making any more food? They tell you No then proceeded to get attitude with you. Very unprofessional.

Haven’t been to Panda in years. The food was terrible. The chicken breast was rubber. Gross texture and taste. Never again. Shame on you Panda Express. I hope owners read this.
