They would get more tips if they were friendlier and better at customer service. I couldn’t even get a smile last night from the guy who took his time to let me in from the freezing cold as slow as he possibly could. Last time I was in there a girl in there who was bubbly and friendly and eager to help someone. It was later in the night when I ordered but the pizza sauce and topping was mostly on the end on the pizza leaving the crust and the top dry. It was a lot to be desired with service and quality last night. Should have gotten couple cheeseburgers for a couple bucks instead 11/31/25

Ordered Papa John’s through delivery and never received my food because the dasher stole the order. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability — no food, wasted time, and zero help resolving it. If you’re going to rely on third-party delivery, there needs to be some responsibility when things go wrong. Extremely frustrating experience. Won’t be ordering again.

The white guy with the long hair that made my pizza didn’t have on gloves when he made my pizza. When I asked him to wear gloves he said they didn’t have any and that he would just wash his hands. He also didn’t wash them for 20 seconds and then went on to say that no papa johns employees ever wear gloves. He said he has worked at multiple papa johns and that non of them wear gloves. This is a health concern. I will definitely not be back and I will never eat at a papa johns ever again. Im highly disappointed.

Here at night on 03/08/2026 11:45, I bought the pizza I ordered at 12:15, someone working inside ignored me even though my pizza was ready and didn’t care about headphones in his ear, he didn’t give my pizza as he liked, this is a disgraceful place

This comment is about this Papa John’s specifically because like many ‘faster’ food establishments it can be a coin toss based of employees and especially management on the shift.
I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Francisco on Friday, who spent some time going out into the community to promote his specific location,. This prompted me to make an online order at that location the next day.
The order was made SURPRISINGLY quick (around 5-10 minutes after ordering which I’m sure varies between peek times), and was correct, hot, and ready when I picked it up.
I attribute this all to Francisco who was there and actually remembered who I was from the day before. I had a bit of a difficult time entering a promotion code, mentioned it, and he was quick to resolve the issue with no hesitation.
He was the only worker there; except one who made deliveries, and I appreciate his dedication and all around positiveness.
It’s always a delight to go in somewhere where they actually LIKE their job, and you can 100% tell he does.
Thank you for the BBQ chicken pizza, my team is enjoying it currently!

Ordered for pick up. When I arrived, they had not even started my order, just standing around talking. The person who FINALLY acknowledged I was there was wearing a uniform from some type of delivery company? Cursing and complaining about a raise- F this- f that. Hell I don’t even know if he worked there but since he was a little scary, I just came back 20 mins later for my pizza, no questions asked. They’re clearly over staffed, everyone seemed bored but the store front was dirty. I will resort back to Jett’s who at least starts the order once it’s placed. This rating will tally as 2+stars but I give it- GO ELSEWHERE! I know you’re hungry, just want something convenient? Go to the Greek restaurant across the parking lot

I’ve never had a problem with this store until tonight. I made an order online at 11:05 (still within the delivery hours) and got a call about two minutes later from a guy (wouldn’t say his name) and he told me that delivery would take 2 HOURS! I told him that was fine and he sounded like he was irritated that I didn’t tell him to just cancel the order. Hopefully it won’t take 2 hours and this will be the last bad experience I have with them because I really love Papa Johns!

After a period of time during a worse phase of the pandemic when there were fewer workers, but not fewer people wanting pizza, service became very unpredictable. I might have written them off except I witnessed the mayhem and distress it caused the lone woman trying to answer the phones and deal with customers in front of her. I learned to order ahead or on slower days. My most recent order through the app was at 4:30 last night, a Friday, for a 6:00 delivery. I had forgotten to add breadsticks that were requested by one grandchild, called the store, and they added it. At 6:02, the delivery person showed up with our two pizzas and order of breadsticks. All were warm and cooked to perfection. I am glad they are back!

Store is traaaash! Food tracker doesn’t work, driver did not ring bell & pizza boxes left on the FLOOR for 30 minutes. This was to be eaten by very young children. Called store to complain and manager blatantly LIED and hung up on me. Checked my cameras to and saw disgusting proof driver DROPPED FOOD & left. No knock. No ring. No call.
Called store back and gave them major hell. Store managers threatened me and kept hanging up on me. Said the called cops (who tf cares). Currently started a cooperate investigation with store #94
