Whichever barista that was working today (female with purple hair) was the most unprofessional worker I have ever come into contact with. She was talking negatively about customers to her coworker loudly and in front of other customers.
She messed up both my coffee and food order and when I asked for it to be corrected she rolled her eyes and was very rude to be “inconvenienced”
She gave me a bagel that was so un-toasted, I asked to have it fixed and still this is what I was given. The cookie was ice cold almost frozen despite asking to have it warmed up.
I come into this shop multiple times a week for a very long time and have never had such a terrible experience.
This barista is going to run the business into the ground treating loyal customers that way.

I’m a regular at this coffee shop. I have a rather specific order (quad shot decaf espresso over ice with a splash of cream and some kind of flavor) and the baristas always do a great job of asking follow up questions to make sure they make my drink right. They also will check in to make sure it looks right ex- “is that a good amount of ice?” Etc. I also really appreciate how Johnny has house made syrups and hand whisks their matcha. They have a high standard for coffee here and every experience I’ve had here has been positive! I regularly recommend this cafe to all of my friends.

i usually love this place, and was a daily customer. my main issue is that after coming here for months and getting the same drink every day, the manager told me today that they don’t ever and have never done extra matcha in there drinks and if i wanted extra matcha i had to pay for two matchas instead of the extra matcha charge of 2$ that I usually pay.she was super condescending and rude. super disappointing because they are one of the only cafes who hand whisks, but 11$ for one drink is astronomical I probably won’t return.

Beautiful presentation, delicious latte. The barista was friendly and quick, even while multitasking multiple orders. Atmosphere was comfortable. The fresh berries with mascarpone was tasty, only docked a star because the “drizzle” of honey was more closer to how much maple syrup I would put on waffles. Also, would love to see this option served on a waffle!

A wonderful shop with great seasonal offerings and ample, stylish seating. They also serve waffles from the neighboring spot, which is a nice touch. The café, named after the owner’s grandpa, Johnny, has charming PNW grandpa-themed decor, including a comfy leather couch and local artifacts. The coffee is excellent, brewed with top-notch equipment, including a La Marzocco machine.

We needed coffee and found Johnny Coffee in Silverdale. Our barista was such a lovely young lady who provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed. We ordered two maple bourbon lattes and two waffles…yummy! We will seek this place out the next time we’re in town and need a jolt of caffeine.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!
I asked ahead of time if we could bring our dog, and the woman working there cheerfully said, “Of course!” But the moment we walked inside, her tone completely changed. She then told us dogs were “welcome, but not for long” and basically made it clear we should come in and leave quickly. Her attitude felt incredibly fake, and the overall vibe was uncomfortable.
The coffee itself was decent, but the atmosphere and customer service were terrible. Between the misleading information and the unfriendly attitude toward pet owners, I absolutely do not recommend this place—especially if you’re a dog lover.
