On 12/2/25 at approximately 5:45 pm I picked up a meat lovers pizza from Shredtown in prineville. When I brought the pizza home to my wife we noticed that it smelt like cooked lettuce, which was worrisome.
Prior to receiving the pizza, the customer service over the phone while ordering was quite poor. The gentleman was not engaged in taking the order.
After looking up why the pizza may smell liked cooked lettuce, we found that the main conclusion is spoiled meat or cross contamination. The pizza was thrown out and we had to pivot our dinner plans.
We love and support Shredtown in both Prineville & Redmond. This post is to simply warn guests dining with Shredtown to quality check their food prior to eating / taking it home.
For management: guest service is especially critical in a food truck environment. Shredtown has always provided proper guest service aside from my experience with the gentleman running the truck tonight.
I hope this helps everyone. We will continue to support Shredtown and our local food trucks!

My family LOVES shred town! We’ve been going here since it opened way back in the day on Galveston in bend. So happy that there is a location in Redmond and Prineville now. Food is always great, the employees are kind and the owners are great. Highly recommend!

Shred Town is consistently delicious and their customer service is excellent. I’m a vegetarian and my husband is a meat eater and we love that there is always something for both of us. It’s our go-to spot when we want to eat out and we have yet to be disappointed with anything we’ve tried!

We were “stranded” in Redmond during a severe weather event and Wild Ride Brewing was the most walkable place to eat. What an amazing place we discovered! Shred Town was our go- to cart, they have some amazingly tasty food…hello asada burrito, chips, pico, guac, and tortilla soup!!! The food itself had me making a mental note to be sure everyone in the area and beyond knows about this place, however what made me sit down and take the time to write this review was not all of the amazing food we had from this cart over the last week- it was the quality of people that served us! If you are in the Redmond area…come grab a cold beverage at Wild Ride Brewing and then fill your belly with some awesomely delicious food being served by some awesome individuals at the Shred Town food cart!!!

1. It said $16 online for the nachos. Got there and they charged me $18 and said “I don’t know what it says online.”
2. I asked for a fork and the cashier girl handed it to me with her hand on the part you’re supposed to stick in your mouth when she has been handling people’s money and cards all day during a pandemic.
3. There was guacamole oozing out the top. So I ripped the flaps off so it wouldn’t get all over my clothes or car as I tried to eat. (See photo I took of one of the flaps I ripped off)
4. There was no real cheese! Lol I paid $18 and the cheese wasn’t even nacho cheese… It was like this really weird consistency that I’ve never seen before. Maybe it was some weird sauce and they just didn’t put any actual cheese on? (See photo)
5. After you get past some of the stuff on the top, it quickly becomes just a tons of chips. It looks like a lot at first until all you’re left with is half a bag of chips at the “bottom” which is like 90% of it (see photo)
6. The chicken was really dry. It’s nachos from a food truck, so I’m not expecting anything too superb but these nachos were $18 and most of them I do not plan on finishing and I hate wasting food. But man, what a waste..

Been looking all over for a place that can nail a Cuban Sandwich… This one wasn’t wall to wall “traditional”, but I enjoyed every bite.
Update: Went back and had a Carne Asada Burrito. Basically flavorless and hurt my stomach. Bummer.

Eaten here a couple times at Wild ride in Redmond..just trying to give them a chance. Disappointed Everytime. This particular burrito was mostly tortilla. We’ve had nachos here that were dry and flavorless as heck. Probably won’t eat here again. Sad. ..on a good note, the mango habanero salsa was great. If that’s made in house..good job.

Well! I have been back every time I eat out since I had the yakisoba noodles: so I’m skeptical of the person complaining below. Tyler and Co. are super friendly, and genuinely care about the finish product. See soon folks!

The queso had a gritty texture and very little flavor. The burrito was edible but not up to our usual ‘food cart’ expectations. Chicken was very dry and the sauce for the noodles was vinegary and also had no flavor. We take full responsibility for not reading the other reviews first because we were hungry but that was a mistake..
