Stopped in to call on them for business but ended staying to eat in part due to Dadiva (hope I spelled it right). Other la were also friendly however she has a beautiful smile and every interaction with me and others she wore a smile consistently. She the kind of person I’d want to hire any day. Again, the rest of the staff was super friendly also but on this visit she was the shining star!

Third times a charm. They screwed up my first two visits but the third was waiting for 20 minutes and them apologizing for making the order wrong and still giving me four out of five items that were incorrct. No time to complain after waiting and needing to get back to work. Maybe they’ll get better Burger King hasn’t been around that long really.

Don’t bother dining in at this location, after placing your order, you’ll be ignored for over 15 minutes while they pull all the drive-through orders, they weren’t short staffed they had plenty of people behind the counter, who just kept walking by the tray on the counter that was obviously my order. They would occasionally pick up the receipt and go back to the drive-through window, they were not waiting for food to be cooked. They were just blatantly skipping over my order at this point, ,and this was the second time that I’ve been there that my order was messed up definitely not going back to this location.

The employees were all gossiping about other employees, while they could have been preparing food. Apparently a girl was in trouble for working 5hrs and 5 mins, instead of the 5 hour max, someone else was on break for too long. They were all yelling at each other and wanted Taco Bell, for the store next door. After my experience Taco Bell probably would have been better. The food was terrible and the only redeeming item was the apple pie. This location is brand new, yet the flashing is already hanging off the side of the building after high winds. Rushed construction, rude employees and terrible quality food slopped on a tray. Will not be returning.

There is literally only one nice lady that works here everyone else is miserable. Messes up order customer service SUCKS. Forgot my drink was rude about it. Took my order rude. Definitely don’t recommend else you get that one very nice lady
