I can really see with it being a new establishment that the crew caters to their customers and tries their best. I ordered online and came in to get my order. Checked in a were told they would have it out shortly. My husband and I came in right before a family of 6, they had their order taken and out before we even got our sandwiches and drinks! I asked how long it would be before we got ours since we had been there before that family, and placed our order online and we basically were told “sorry for the inconvenience, did you want your drink cup?” I’ve had great experiences at all other jersey mikes, but i will not be returning to this one because of this situation.

The food is always super predictable at Jersey Mike’s and I think it’s pretty quality. There is an issue though, and this really irritates me. When I order a sandwich and say, I would like everything on it except mayo and the sandwich maker interrupts me to say, oh, you mean Mike’s way? I am forced to repeat, no, everything except mayo. When they repeat back to me, You mean Mike’s way add pickles and peppers and whatever else, it’s irritating. I don’t know what Mike’s way is and I don’t care. I do know that I can see everything in front of me. So when I say everything except Mayo, that’s what I expect. I don’t expect to be corrected on how to say everything minus mayo.
