Honestly, I am very disappointed with this drink. I ordered the fireside chai and it tasted like straight up water and cinnamon. I ordered this because I wanted that chai “toasted marshmallow” flavor. I am truly disappointed because instead I got two whole marshmallows that weren’t even toasted. I paid $8.31 for this drink and was expecting a lot better. I think this place has a lot of potential it’s beautifully decorated, but the drinks have a lot of room for improvement. I tasted my friend’s drink and it just tasted like straight coffee both drinks had way too much ice.

One of the best local cafes in the 805! I’ve been to so many matcha places, but none can compete with Meera’s. The interior and aesthetic is beautiful. The food and drinks are delicious. My go-to is always the strawberry or chai matcha! Highly recommend this place!

Meera Coffee Shop is a wonderful spot with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and consistently great coffee. The flavors are rich and well-balanced, and you can tell they care about quality in every cup. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. It’s a perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

I am a fanatic. I like the matcha that was served here but the price was a bit ridiculous. The cups are filled to the brim with ice. Once I asked for light ice I was made aware that they do charge extra. Milk substitution is also extra which is a bit disappointing for us lactose intolerant people. I ordered a 16oz lavender matcha but I learned very quickly that you are mostly paying for the cup than you are the drink. If I had the time i would do the math to see how much volume of the drink I was actually getting. I am all about supporting small business but its very difficult to be motivated to continue going. This was my first time going. The ambiance is amazing with lots of good vibes all around. The cafe is very clean and has many drink and food options. I had a great experience with the employees. The furniture was very esthetic. If you don’t mind spending a little extra for your drinks, this is the place to go. Unfortunately I am budgeting so I will not be able to support this business again.

I really wanted to love Meera Coffee and Plants because the space is beautiful. The plants and overall vibe are really cute and inviting. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the atmosphere.

Here were the issues we experienced:

• Very long wait – It took over 35 minutes to receive our order.
• Unfriendly service – The employees felt cold and not very helpful.
• Drinks were off – The chai was extremely strong and not well balanced.
• Food made incorrectly – The crepe was pressed like a sandwich instead of cooked properly in a pan.
• Very expensive – Two sandwiches, three drinks, and a fruit cup came to $78, which felt excessive for what we received.
• Poor response from management – When we brought the issues back, the manager made excuses, saying they were slammed and that coffee shops always take a long time. She argued with us instead of trying to resolve the situation, which felt uncomfortable.

It’s a cute space, but unfortunately the service, food quality, and response to the problem made this our first and last visit.

I’m not the type to write reviews, but this is a go-to place I go very consistently because I work very close. My coworkers (who also go most mornings), and I can agree that over the last few months, Meera’s has changed in quality, time, and service.
I always get a pina colada redbull refresher and maybe a sweet treat. Lately, my drink is starting to taste like straight up redbull with a hint of refresher, and when I request my items bagged or have utensils, it’s always missing most of those things by the time I get back to work. I make the order ahead of time so I can get it in 30 minutes, but instead, I walk in and am being told they’re “making it right now” as if they didn’t even get it started. It takes them 5-10 minutes to get it out so why did it take so long? We LOVED this place, but even the service with their new employees are very distasteful.
I love the owner, she’s super sweet and always on top of things, but a lot has changed to the point that my coworkers and I are thinking of going to a new coffee spot. I’m sorry Meera’s, but all these problems aren’t worth the money I spend anymore. I don’t write this to be picky or rude, I just hope things change for the best.

Went in to try their Spanish latte, while the wife ordered a Matcha drink and the kids indulged in mini pancakes with Nutella and whipped cream.

The drinks were good, and the pancakes soft, a hit with the kids.

Place was quiet, not a lot of customers for a nice and sunny Sunday afternoon. However, a bit warm for our liking as there seemed to be minimal air circulation. Overall, a decent experience to sit down and relax with a cup of coffee, without the loud interruptions from other more crowded coffee shops.

4.5. Food: excellent. Coffee: great. Free Wi-Fi and plug-ins. Atmosphere and setting for remote working: bad. Don’t recommend working there for hours. The seats have no back support for good posture, and the music was very loud. There is a bathroom, it’s a 1 minute walk into the mall down a dark hallway with no cell service. A little expensive at $4.50 for a plain drip coffee, with toppings in disposable packets, not like in the larger reusable dispensers. This place is a gem amongst the 50% deserted mall area, I would absolutely eat there again.

Not only is it a beautiful little coffee shop, I think it’s delicious. Service is great, and staff is very warm an welcoming. I’m from Washington state, and I have visited my parents at least twice a year. This places quality has gone way up from when they started. Everytime I visit simi, I go here. Highly recommend

Nothing but praise for this cafe. I come here any chance I get. I am obsessed with their coffee and breakfast selection. My favorite go to is either the Iced Vanilla Latte or Spanish Latte. They have the best mini pancakes I have ever had. My favorite is the Nutella and cookie butter combination. Along with pancakes they also have wide variety of coffee drinks, refreshers, waffles, churros, and crepes. I highly suggest to get the experience of dining in and having fresh hot food served right of the grill to your table. Their customer service is incredible and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience here and I have been their customer since the day they opened up their doors. The aesthetic of the place is beautiful and relaxing. And the wifi is great. Parking is plentiful as they are located in the Simi Town Center.
