A great addition to the local dining scene, something pretty original. The atmosphere is relaxed and they clearly have already built a group of regulars. The bartender good good care of us, although my Pisco Sour could have been more sour/less sweet. I wish the lobster/andouille empanadas had a flakier crust. The bocado shrimp were amazing and will definitely have that again. The flan was a little dry. The owner stopped to chat with us and we will definitely return.

Everything about this restaurant is amazing! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is super welcoming and just as great as the food. My husband and I have been a few times and have never been disappointed. The Sancocho Soup, Churrasco and the Pollo Pablano are hands down my new favorite dishes in Knoxville. Highly advise going to Bocados, because we will definitely be going back soon!

Went out with friends tonight and finally tried Bocados at Choto—and wow, it did not disappoint! We try to get together at least once a month, and one of my friends suggested we “try the new Latin place.” Amazing doesn’t even begin to cover it. From the food and drinks to the atmosphere, everything was incredible. The service was top-notch, and the owner even stopped by our table to chat with us for a bit, which made the experience even better. We were seriously impressed and will definitely be back!

If you want to enjoy authentic Latin food, this isn’t it. Small portions, artificial flavors, and excessive prices for the quantity. The taste doesn’t meet Latin standards. I’m Colombian, and I’ve tried all the Colombian dishes, and I’ve been filled with sadness and disappointment. It’s a beautiful place, but we’re looking for food and experiences. I forgot to take a picture of the sancocho, a typical Colombian soup. It was a disaster. Two people, and we ordered three appetizers, four main courses, a Coca-Cola, and a margarita. When we left, we went to Captain D’s to order takeout.

Excellent food. The portions are of good size. We will be defenetly back. Can be quite busy, better to have a reservation ( by call?).

Absolutely love the experience, we are definitely coming back . Finally a place that offers more than tacos and the traditional Mexican style food . This is going to be a hit , Bocados Latino Fusion has a variety that pleases all . Highly recommend the Churrasco , it was delicious!!!

Fantastic atmosphere, the food keeps its quality regardless of when you go, always full of flavor and fresh! And the service is always exceptional, from the server to the bartender and the manager. It’s my second time there, and I can’t wait to return!

Overall this place is nice, great service and atmosphere!
But, the food is overpriced, the churrasco is not a churrasco…. The flavor was good, it was cooked well, but cut of the meat was not churrasco it was veryyyy thin, and very very small maybe 7oz. priced at $27 with just 1 side. I would not order this again in the future.
The tostones were very good and the chimichurri sauce was very fresh and tasty.
I was hoping to find more desserts on the menu…. They do not have a kids menu either.

I really wanted to love this place but honestly I just couldn’t. The food is okay but the portions are tiny. We ordered the carpaccio and it was too thick but it did have good flavor. The shrimp was undercooked. I ordered the steak and it came with a few potatoes cut into pieces and a really small steak. It did have good flavor but for $27 it’s way too much. Overall we paid $83 (before tip) for 2 appetizers, 2 beers and 1 entree and we still left hungry. We had to go elsewhere to finish eating.
