I am a regular customer at this starbucks. So, I was pretty suprised that I sat at the drive through window for at least 3-5 mins today after being told “ill be right with you.” I watch as ALL the cars in front of me move through. At this point I see NO cars in front of me and I am still sitting there waiting. So after waiting there for a while longer i then say “hello.” I get no answer at first. Cars are starting to line up behind me. So i say “hello” again. Once again i hear ” Ill be right with you.” So, I sat there a little longer. After a little bit I decides to pull off very frustrated because no one was “right with me.” I wanted to call the store and tell the manager what happened. I had to call 3 times before she answered. I ask to speak 6qith the manager. Sam the manager or supervisor on duty was who answered and she tells me she is who i want to speak with. I explained what happened and she was well aware of the situation and begins to tell me that they were dealing with a customer thats why no one was taking my order and the reason she didnt answer the phone was because she was on the other line. To me that sounded like a bunch of excuses. She was the manager or supervisor on dury she should of had one person deal with the customer and get someone else to take my order instead of leaving me sitting there for 5 or so minutes. To me it was ridiculous and unprofessional for her to even try explaining it to me. I didnt feel any sort of resolution from her or the situation. She sald sorry but it didnt seem sincere she seem annoyed and i suggested that she should hire more people. She said “well I cant do that” if shes not able to have someone take orders and another deal with customers at the window then she clearly needs help and hopfully they can find a supervisor who is a little better at multitasking in order to managing the store properly. I dont think I will be going back now.

Worst Starbucks i ve ever been to. We ordered the drive thru pick up ahead and ended up waiting in the line for more than 20 mins. After reading the other reviews, it seems like this is the pattern here. We called up the store only to get a rude reply that they have other orders and the person just hung up on us. The drink was just a sugary water. We were just passing through and glad we wont be back.

Honest review here. Workers are nice, but the please be consistent with your drinks. The food it fine, it isn’t made on site so they really dont have a choice with that. But the drinks are frequently inconsistent in this location. Once day, it’s watery, the next ok, then the next, the drink is missing things such as toppings. Look, I’ve worked in the food industry so I understand the demand, but please, as I am spending almost 10 dollars on a drink, I want the taste to be what it promises to be. Jordan, who works at the Safeway starbucks in Parkville, no matter what time of day, her drinks are amazing! This location is convenient for me, and it sucks that I have to drive to Parkville to get quality coffee. Yes I can make it at home etc…blah blah but no, as a consumer, I pay for quality and if it is not consistent, it becomes a complete turn off especially if we say there is problem and no one cares to fix it. Which has been my experience in this location.

So I hate to.leave a negative feedback but our experience tonight calls for it. The attitude of the two female workers tonight is shameful. If you dont like your job just quick. Place an order for an item that is no longer available. If they would have told us that, it would have been fine that happens. Instead they make something else and give to us. Then we have to go inside and let them.know it’s the wrong thing. There response. Well that is no longer on the menu so we made something close to it. Um no, thats not how it works. Then they mumble something about us and walks away. About the worst experience at a Starbucks ever.

My favorite Starbucks has been newly renovated and looks really good, plus the food and beverage is still great when prepare the way you order it

This Starbuck is pretty good. It’s always clean, good customer service, and you’re greeted whenever you enter the door. Plus, your drink is always good and made in a timely manner

I visited this location due to the fact that one nearest to me has been close. This is still a great location with fantastic service and quality drinks or food

This is still one of the best Starbucks in the area. The only problem is that they run out of certain items at times. The baristas are very nice at telling you this when ordering

Placed our order, did not ask for our names, waited for about 30 minutes, made our orders wrong two times, the manager gave us a bad attitude when we asked for our drinks to be remade because it was all wrong. We have been coming to this Starbucks for years, always placing the same order. Such a disappointment today being treated like I don’t know what I’m ordering or as if I am unwelcomed. The workers didn’t even let us know when our order was ready and again they did not ask for our names.

I placed my mobile order at 3:29, my birthday drink mind you, I didn’t receive my drink until 4:27
I don’t know what the holdup in the drivethrough was, but very nearly an hour was spent just sitting in the drivethrough waiting to be able to get up to the window.
I appreciated the offer to remake my drink “as it had been sitting there for a long time” but I believe you should be prioritizing orders that have already been made over people walking in
I’m not from the Maryland area, but after todays experience on my birthday I don’t recommend this location unless you’re ready for a hefty waiting time
