The food was banging! They were a little short staffed the night that we went in, but the front house staff were still amazing! So excited to have a really good authentic Thai place in town! YOU HAVE TO GO HERE

We had a wonderful experience dining at Eat Thai last night. This spot has only been open for a week or so. We ordered the Pad Thai noodle and the Drunken Noodle, both with chicken. The sauces are so delicious, and the garlic flavors really stand out. I’ve been to many restaurants across the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti areas that serve Thai food — this is my favorite. They use the best ingredients, and even import some from Thailand. I will definitely be back to try the curry, also want to try the cashew nut with chicken and some of the dishes that feature ginger. Our server was nice and took good care of us. Also, if you have special dietary restrictions, tell them everything up front, they have different options and will work with you to figure out a plate that’s right for you.

The mango sticky rice was excellent! We got take-out from this restaurant on their opening day (12/26/2025) and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend this restaurant for locals or anyone visiting town and in the mood for some delicious and budget-friendly Thai food!

This Thai place gets pretty packed. They have a line for waiting for a table against the wall. The line was long but went fast. They have bathrooms. They have a bar area. The food took some time to get. The dishes are reasonable and pretty large. Neither of us could finish our meal. My daughter had a spring roll and panag cury. It was very tasty.i ordered drunken noodles which was awesome but tasted a little different from what I am use to. For a reasonable price, definitely a great Thai reataurant

So we went to Eat Thai Ann Arbor for lunch, and let me just say—it was tasty. Really tasty. Now, if this meal had sent my husband and I into that rare, magical state where you smile uncontrollably, your eyes pop out of your head, you keep saying “ummm” between bites, and then just laugh because the food is that good, this would be an easy 5-star review. Since we didn’t quite reach that level of culinary euphoria, I’m giving this a very solid 4.5 stars—and I mean that in the best way.

That said… my husband would like it noted that he gives this place a full 5 stars so take that for what it’s worth.

The atmosphere is exactly what you want for a relaxed meal. Soft music plays in the background, pleasant enough to set the mood, but quiet enough that you can actually have a conversation. If you’re dining solo, this is also the kind of place where you could comfortably enjoy a good book without feeling rushed or interrupted. The space is cute, clean, and inviting, and the service is sweet and knowledgeable, giving just the right amount of attention while still letting you enjoy your meal.

Now, the food. Everything arrived beautifully presented and portioned perfectly: you leave satisfied. If you can make it for lunch, I highly recommend ordering a lunch box. I chose the #2 Chicken Ginger with Pad Thai and Crab Rangoon, and every bite was delicious. It was the kind of meal that immediately made me excited to come back because I already want to try something else on the menu.

And let’s talk about the Thai tea, so good. Just the right level of sweetness, allowing the black tea flavor to actually shine instead of being drowned in sugar.

All in all, this is a place where you can truly enjoy both the food and the company you’re with. If you come here, you won’t be disappointed. Definitely give it a try, you can thank me later.

Came across this new spot and it was a great find to say the least. Great service, good prices, extremely good food. We wanted to try a few items so we got the lunch specials. We got the Veggie Massaman Curry, Pad Thai, Veggie Spring Roll (#6) and the Veggie Red Curry, Drunken Noodle, Veggie Spring Roll (#7). My partner said that was the best pad thai they have had, and I wouldn’t disagree. The Curry’s were a perfect spice for us (mild), with great finishing heat. The drunken noodle was homemade to perfection and very tasty. We also order a green tea and jasmine tea, that were generous.

The restaurant felt new, clean, and cozy. You can tell they put some effort into the place before opening late in 2025.

Will definitely be back again!
