Hidden gem in Charles City. We had the hand breaded tenderloin and Ruben sandwiches with freshly fried steak fries. This was our first time but we will be back. Food was amazing and sports bar atmosphere and great staff. Highly recommended. Great portion size I took half home for lunch tomorrow!!!

Salina’s is the place to be on a Monday night. The hand breaded tenderloin is incredible. On Monday it’s $4,50 and includes a side! a dozen wings for $9. The friendly staff greet you as you come on. You won’t be disappointed. Love this place.

Wanted a hamburger and had them at every place in Charles City and they just alright but got one here and it was fantastic Best Burger I’ve had since we moved from Kansas City. Will be back.

Great tasting sandwiches were had by our whole group. They even brought us new coleslaw, because the kitchen didn’t like the taste of the original. How thoughtful! Didn’t try the pizza, maybe next time! We’ll be back.

What an absolute hidden gem. After living here for almost a year, finally gave Salinas a try. OMG! The pizza is delicious. Cheesy, greasy(in a good way)east coast Italian pie. Tried a sausage and pepperoni pie. Couldn’t recommend it anymore. Server was super friendly, nice environment. Cannot speak on the bar or other items on menu. But, try the pizza.The pics do not do it justice.

I always enjoy a fried pork tenderloin when I visit Iowa and was the best I’ve had in years! I prefer to support family businesses too. Everyone enjoyed their food. I highly recommend the food and service!

Small bar atmosphere, booths, tables and bar seating complete with sports channels, jukebox, gaming machines, darts and a colorful crowd. A classic mix of people from local and surrounding areas.
We went on a Monday when they had food specials. 2 drinks, appetizers, 2 meals and paid $24 dollars. An almost unheard price for dining out anymore.
Service was great- our server was very friendly. Even the bartender checked in on us. Convenient parking and location.
I’d recommend this place to anyone that enjoys good food at a great price.

From Boston and are here visiting family. We loved this place. Ate the pizza and wings and they were delicious. We met the owner and he was a very nice and friendly man. We will definitely be coming back before the end of the weekend. Our server was also attentive, friendly and took care care of all of us

Came in July 11th at 1:45 PM for some lunch and the lady working was very lovely. She was very kind and made the experience even better, the food was the best too. Great prices and awesome vibes, this was my first time here and i can definitely say I’ll be back !! keep up the good work !!
