This place looks like a princess dining room! It looks fun but unfortunately the only person that is enjoying working here was a gal by the name Maria. Our waitress was to the point w no smile, not looking like she wanted to be here. But Maria made a point to check on us and kept our drinks straight, so ask for her when you come. Watching her buss tables even the ones that were not hers, showed me she cares. NOW THE FOOD: The avocado toast was perfect and the chilaquiles were on spot not oily but perfectly toasted chips & were warm. Mexican Mocha was soooo good and not too hot , very enjoyable. Regular coffee needs a pinch of salt it’s a little bitter. Our waitress did forget one of our orders but I filled up with just the meal. Will I drive 1.5 hours to come back? Well yeah, we will try it again because the food was worth it. So come in hungry and walk out full and happy. Five star when staff enjoys their job as Maria does.

Hot Mexican Mocha coffee served barley luke warm. Charged $2 each for small hot sauce on side for eggs. Avocado toast was good, but nothing special. Great presentation, pretty. Atmosphere is over the top in shades and tints of pink. Service was good.

Food was very good. I would have given 5⭐️, if my beans were beans vs being juice lol, but nonetheless over all it was very pleasant and refreshing. Flavor wise it was delicious …
Service was excellent, and kind. Which is not easy to find nowadays, prices reasonable for this economy.
I look forward to seeing them continue to grow and develop the aesthetics with in the restaurant.
Enjoy. ☺️

This place has cute decor and delicious breakfast. I ordered the Chilaquiles and they were 10/10. I also ordered a lavender Latte that was exquisite. I will definitely be returning when back in Santa Fe.

Really awesome breakfast / brunch! The green chilaquilles were some of the best I’ve ever had: added some carne asada which had a good spice level and great texture. Others in my group had breakfast bowl (also tops), red chilaquilles, and a chicken sandwich. All excellent!
And a short walk from the square, and not nearly as crowded, and reasonably priced.

I visited Fusion Delicias Cafe twice, the place is great and clean, friendly and polite service, the first time I went the food was great, I recommend breakfast better than lunch. Second time I visited, ordered tacos and they were fine, I was expecting the same great flavor as the first time visiting. I loved Cafe de Olla they offered.

This cute cafe was an unexpected find. My family and I were looking for a local cafe and found this delight. Although the men thought it was a bit much with the decorations, the delicious food made up for it. The wet breakfast burrito was amazing.
