Tried this new place and I’m so glad I did! The cumin flavor in the dishes was absolutely perfect — bold, aromatic, and beautifully balanced.
I loved the lamb chops. The chef’s preparation completely changed my mind about lamb. I normally don’t even touch lamb dishes, but I ended up eating two — they were that good! Tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
The butter chicken was rich and creamy with just the right amount of spice, and the garlic naan was fresh, soft, and the perfect pairing.
Highly recommend giving this place a try. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything we had was delicious! Food was priced decently & our waitress helped recommend things. The flavor of the food was just amazing and not too spicy at all! They weren’t too busy the time we went but I’d definitely recommend this place to others! Staff was super helpful and made us feel welcomed!

Food was great, naan was amazing! And the price point was even better. We got the lunch specials on a Sunday afternoon and we’re the only customer at the time. We love how their lunch specials came on lunch trays with sides. We love garlic naan and ordered and extra side of it ($4).

I visited Cumin Flavor and honestly had such a great experience. The food was amazing and full of flavor, probably some of the best Nepali and Indian dishes I’ve tried in Texas. The ambience is super cozy and the bar really impressed me too. The cocktails were delicious and the whole place just has a fun vibe. The staff was warm and welcoming, which made everything even better. I’m definitely coming back and I highly recommend everyone try it!!!

We visited Cumin Flavor with a group of six around 8 PM and had a genuinely great experience. The service was phenomenal — friendly, attentive, and our food came out in about 15 minutes, which was impressive for a group our size.
We ordered Momo, Butter Chicken, Chicken Korma, Butter Naan, Chowmein, and a few cocktails. The Momo were delicious and full of flavor. The Butter Chicken and Chicken Korma were rich, creamy, and comforting, and the Butter Naan was soft and fresh.
The Chowmein really stood out for me — it reminded me of Nepal with its authentic flavor. Simple, clean noodles with lettuce, no extra spices or heavy seasoning — just pure taste, exactly how it’s meant to be.

Cocktails were refreshing and well balanced, and the portion sizes were great for sharing.
Overall, Cumin Flavor offers genuine Nepali and Indian flavors with excellent service and timely food. We left happy, full, and already planning to return.

Tried the lamb rogan josh and butter chicken with garlic naan, everything was super flavorful! Both entrées came with rice and the rice was perfectly cooked. Naan was fresh and garlicky. Atmosphere was nice, music at a good volume, and service was attentive. Great addition to the area!

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this one earned it. I’ve worked in hospitality and food for years, so I’m not just talking out my neck.
I ordered what was supposed to be fried okra and it came out cold and nasty. Not fried, not fresh, just bad. Then the lollipop wings had zero flavor. No seasoning, no sauce, no nothing. Just plain wings with vibes missing.
The worst part though was the service. I went back and let them know what was wrong, calm and respectful. All I got was a quick “sorry” and they just stood there. No attempt to fix it, no offer to remake it, no refund, nothing. They literally watched me walk out the door.
Food can mess up but how you handle it matters, and they didn’t care at all.
I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone. Save your money and your time, because you’ll probably leave upset like I did.
