Pretty sure this isn’t how you put a sandwich into a bag. Looks like it was crammed in there and then used as a seat cushion. Also, the chicken was undercooked.. I’ve worked in several restaurants before and it’s not that hard, guys.

We used to not always order from here, but after the last three times we definitely will only order from here. The workers can make a sandwich! As in they put tons and the right amount on your sandwich. When ordering online if you don’t see what you know they might have in their store just write it in the notes, and they’ll get it for you! They unfortunately don’t have baked BBQ chips online- my favorite, but they do in the store. So I asked them if they could replace them and they happily did! It’s not just this one time thing, either. They do this each and every time with the sandwiches, chips, etc.

I’m on crutches, ordered curbside waited outside in my car while 2 customers went in and came out, while I still waited. After several minutes I hobble on my crutches inside. The young girl working says we were coming. We had to wait on these people first

Normally I have a better service than I did today. I had ordered my food through the subway app 30 minutes prior to picking it up through the drive thru. When I did arrive, I was promptly told by a young female worker that there was not an order, and walked off to investigate while I was double checking my right location on the app, which it was. Instead of her informing me that they did have my order but it was not made, I watched through the window as her and another coworker throw my sandwich together quickly. My sandwich was cold, cheese clumped together, and half of my meat was not on there. So disappointed of this service. The only reason why I’m giving them a 2 star is because the only thing they did get right was my chips and drink.

Very disappointed. Have not been there for a while found out they discontinued my oven roasted chicken and is chicken and instead replaced it with roasted turkey. Is the turkey was sliced really really thin and you got 5 or 6 thin slices. For the price I paid that sandwich was not worth it I will not be going back!

The service was great, the ladies in there took great care of us but subway got rid of the spicy mustard…the only sandwich I eat there is the steak and cheese and it has to have spicy mustard or it’s just not good … I bought a foot long and ate 2 bites of it …just cant do it without the spicy mustard … guess I’m joining the thousands of other folks who have wrote off subway due to the the spicy mustard being taken away ♀️
