Do you often wonder what’s for lunch while at work or what you’re going to feed your family for dinner? Saigon Spoon solves your problem real quick!
This place is a ghost kitchen, which means they only do pick up or delivery through one of the apps. If pick up is your option, they have a neat way of getting your order to you.
My favorite dishes here are the very unique panini style banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) and the tamarind shrimp or chicken wings. My husband and kid really liked the garlic noodles they tried at a party. BTW, you can contact them for party trays! We liked the tamarind shrimp so much that we ordered it to bring to a dinner party. It was such a hit!
They offer a variety of noodle and rice dishes that are healthy and very filling. The presentation is for take out. Check it out!

Awesome Vietnamese lunch from Saigon Spoon in Plano.
5 Spice Grilled Pork Rice Bowl (Cơm Thịt Nướng), 5 Spiced Grilled Pork Vermicelli Noodle Bowl (Bún Thịt Nướng), Beef Pho, and Cream Cheese Wontons. It was delicious and my picky kiddos devoured it. They even asked for more pho. And the wontons!!! Girls said it was filled with so much yumminess. Also, te.y made all the dishes to my diet/health restrictions. I wish the location was closer ☹

WOW! I came across this gem when ordering take out food for the office staff. I’m so excited I found my go-to spot for quick and tasty Asian food! I’m Vietnamese and have high expectations when it comes to Viet cuisine. I had the pork vermicelli and the tamarind chili wings. Omggg… so so good! Saigon Spoon does a great job of infusing the modern/American style while maintaining the traditional flavor in its dishes – not many places can pull this off. Quite impressive! Our office staff also raved about the tamarind chili shrimp, the spring rolls, banh mi (which is panini style pressed – so unique!), garlic noodles, and the fried rice. I’m definitely a repeat customer! Crossing my fingers they come out with some rewards program soon! lol

Ordered bun thit noung from here, and the entire dish was so bland. The house fish sauce tasted bland. For the price of this dish, they should add the traditional egg roll because the places that offer this dish in the area include that and better quality food. The pork tasted like it wasn’t seasoned. I’m not happy I spent my time or money here.

Quantity is right with the price(It was a new concept of pick-up food for me as I don’t see anyone in the building. I put in my order code/name at a kiosk, and the locker box opens with my to-go order in it. I ordered the vermicelli bowl, it was fresh except the meat feels like a day old. I am Viet, I eat a ton of Viet food, and cook a lot of Viet food so yes I know what I am saying lol. Overall, it was great. I’d still come back to order more and try other dishes but hope the restaurant sees this and keep all Ingredients/meat fresh. fish sauce amount was good for those don’t want it too salty, if you want more like me, just order an extra one.

This is strictly a pick-up location. It is not a restaurant. Very strange drive up. The area has a pretty industrial feel and it’s not a good spot for causal dining.
