Our first visit today. Food was very good. To start with, nicely prepared vegetable spring rolls with a flavorful sauce. Our entrees were a mixed vegetable dish with a very nice light sauce, and a tofu with asparagus dish, with a very nice sauce. Everything nicely presented. We would have preferred to sit in the main dining area, but with a light patronage this evening were asked to sit in the bar area. A bit noisy at first, but things did quiet down. Our server was very professional. Dining area (including the bar area) very clean and pleasant. Things were a bit slow; not clear if that was because there was only the one primary server or if the kitchen was understaffed. We did enjoy the main thing – the food – and will be giving this another try sometime soon.

Fresh ingredients without the sticky, sugary sauces. I recommend the crab & asparagus soup which has an egg-drop base in clear broth. It is simply delicious! Cheese puffs were also full of taste but not additives. Food is served piping hot, and made to order. The staff is warm and inviting, and the restaurant is clean.

Absolutely delicious food at great prices. Very nice waitress and a nice and cozy location in downtown White Bear Lake. They have choice beverages and delicious food. You can get spicy iron regular any way you like it. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who has good taste buds.

I LOVE this place! The service is extremely friendly and the food is excellent. I come here with my family all the time, but it would also make a good place for a date or to meet up for happy hour (their deals are great during happy hour, especially the two large draught beers for $5).
If you like pho (Vietnamese noodle soup with lemongrass broth), they do a great one for about $8 for a giant bowl and they’re happy to have you split. But I would suggest you order the beef with fried potatoes. It’s an unusual dish to find in American Vietnamese restaurants, and traditional in the south of Vietnam. A bit kind of akin to poutine, it’s my favorite dish to go along with my happy hour IPAs.

A touch of Little Mekong on University Avenue in the familiar surroundings and comfort of White Bear Lake. Delicious and fresh Pho and Vietnamese noodle salad with all the fixings. Lucky to have an authentic ethnic place to eat so close to home!
