April’s Cakes specializes in a cream based cake covered in whipped cream. We have been at this location 34 years and take pride in keeping our ingredients the same over the years. Our Classic flavors and best selling include Pina Colada, Guayaba, Orange Cream, Chocolate Mocha with Walnuts among many original and delicious flavors. Our cakes are light and creamy and very little sugar is used.

I didn’t expect much but the cake was quite decent, AND the frosting wasn’t bad!!! I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews.
The cake was soft and slightly moist (not dry!!!).
The frosting stuff didn’t taste generic and greasy.
Nice decoration, display, and overall tasty.
I’ve tasted a lot of cakes from MANY bakeries, it’s almost part of my job; this place is certainly above average.

When I went to open the cake it seems the box was too short. As the picture on the top of my cake was stuck to the inside of the box. Disappointed. Wishing the box was taller.

Honestly, their customer service is terrible. It takes multiple calls just to get someone to answer, and even then, the staff seems uninterested in helping. The woman, who I believe is the owner’s daughter, is rude and dismissive, which only adds to the frustration. The whole experience feels unprofessional and poorly managed, and I’m incredibly disappointed with how they treat their customers. They don’t seem to care at all about providing quality service.

Ordered a cake for birthday party, paid $350, for that price I expected more! Cake was frozen, my guest thought it was ice cream cake! & make sure once you return the cake stand it’s spotless clean because they will charge you for them to sanitize it, which makes no sense since they have to sanitize it regardless!

I have tried most of their cakes and they are all amazing. Mocha, chocolate & orange are my favorite. I’ve left the design up to them a few times and have not been disappointed, they are creative and helpful. Highly recommend April’s cakes.
