If you want ooey and you want gooey then you’ll love it here. Creative and delicious grilled cheese. I’d recommend the Alabama Slammer. Service is quick and friendly. Simple decor so it’s comfortable but nothing special atmosphere wise. Their sandwiches will fill you up!

Well, it was an excellent experience from beginning to end! The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was quiet, and the food was superb! I had the classic with ham and a cup of tomato biscue. Sooo good! Will definitely return!

Came here for actually breakfast items but I decided to get the Ruben sandwich, as pictured, since breakfast is only served on Saturdays. Also wanted to try their soup which was pretty good. It was a chicken noodle. Both were very good. And the service was nice as well. We were passing through and decided to give this place a try and it was not a disappointment at all. Prices were reasonable as well. I do recommend it and if I lived in the area I would be back.

I stopped by for some dinner tonight while attending the 3rd Thursday event. I got the Ricky Ricardo, which is a variation of a Cuban sandwich. I also got a cinnamon roll to go. The sandwich was pretty good. I prefer a more classic tale with pork and ham versus deli ham and bacon but it was not bad at all. The shop and eating area is really cute. I like that the sandwiches are prepared when you order so you can customize anything if you want to. The cinnamon roll was hugely disappointing. The bottom portion was totally raw dough but the top that was fully cooked was way too dry.
I love grilled cheese sandwiches and I liked that they sold cheese curds so I’d probably give this place another try. Service was also friendly, which is a plus.

Took a little drive to Alcoa and Maryville and stopped at this little place. It was worth the drive. The grilled cheese was gooey deliciousness on crispy golden toasted bread. Yum! I ordered the grilled caprese and my daughter ordered the old fashioned. The sandwiches are made to order so you can customize your order if needed. We both had a side order of the Mac n cheese. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable. If you are in the area or over by the airport, stop in and grab a sandwich. You won’t be disappointed. Just go early as they close at 3p.

I was having a terrible day, and came here for some comfort food. It was amazing!!!
Love the atmosphere, love the staff, love the blackberry smoke!
Most defiantly my silver lining today.
Edit… It took about halfway through my sandwich to start feeling better, that’s why there’s only half the sandwich in the pic. It’s so good!
Thank you Jess and the rest of the staff!!

Absolutely amazing experience! My family and I stopped in and were blown away. The food was delicious! You can truly taste the love and quality in every bite, and I’m pretty sure everything is made from scratch! The restaurant was spotless, warm, and welcoming. The owner was so kind and friendly, and every employee we met was just as sweet. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They also had the cutest little things for sale, and we loved the uplifting Christian atmosphere. 10/10 — we’ll definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite local places to eat! The food is amazing, the merchandise is so cute and different than other local stores and the staff is literally the best! My favorite sandwich is the Alabama Slammer (hold the jalapeños), but I also love an Old Fashioned with a slice of tomato. A bag of funky fusion chips on the side and a Diet Coke… it’s the perfect lunch. I also love to grab their smash biscuits when they are available on the weekends. This place is truly a hidden gem in downtown Maryville.

It was delightfully comforting. Who doesn’t like a good grilled cheese. Had the Blackberry Smoke sandwich (no jalapeños) with tomato bisque. Both were great. Only asked for no jalapeños for personal problems but I’m sure it would have been even better with em. They definitely hook it up with the bacon!
