This place is amazing it wasn’t very busy although it should be the bartenders very knowledgeable about thier rotating beer selection, all thier meats are smoked the day of with oak except the tri tip which is the night before. I have to say the ribs, fell off the bone and were absolutely delicious no sauce needed, and the onion right are a must try the batter is amazing.

I took my baby daddy to eat here for Father’s Day. We looked at other places but everything is busy, as usual on this type of day. However I’m I am glad that we came. I was skeptical about it because it’s hard to find a decent barbecue place especially because they’re usually pricey.. I did look at reviews and for the most part they are good reviews except for one person that stated that the portions are small. When we received our plates, I’ll admit thwy LOOKED small. but they were very filling. As a matter of fact, we took plenty home!! We ordered two separate 2 meats_2 side platters and a fulll rack of baby back ribs. Everything was delicious! The ribs did look a heck of a lot better (no sides) than the platters, but like I said, the platters were very filling. I’m including pictures, but the ribs were missing some because we dug into them before I took the picture. Lol At the end of the day I think it was all great And the service was fantastic too. And the service was fantastic too.

One of the most disappointing aspects is the value for money. The prices at Glenwood Smokehouse are outrageous considering the portion sizes. For instance, their “platter” offering, which includes two meats and two sides, comes at a hefty price of $31 and includes minuscule portions such as two 3-inch ribs and about 3-ounces tri-tip strips.
After spending over $160 for a party of four, we left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and hungry. Overall, while Glenwood Smokehouse may have potential, its lackluster food quality, inattentive staff, and poor value for money make it a regrettable dining choice.

Sunday night quick service fairly quiet. Had the lost n found craft beer very nice with the brisket that melted in my mouth! Highly recommended.

An unexpected detour along the way to Raffi’s Place, but a very welcome one! The coconut lime craft soda on tap was a Florida vacation in a glass, and the brisket nachos and smoked wings ticked every single box from the visual to flavor appeal. The price was also very reasonable, $10 for 8 wings and $14 for nachos that serve two. Glenwood Smokehouse has certainly earned a repeat customer in me, and the friends I bring along the way!

This is a new place on Brand Blvd. Its good. Place was empty. We arrived around 6pm. Where is everyone? The Que was good. Mostly sandwiches. Tri Tip, Pulled Pork and such. Only offered Baby backs for the ribs. Very meaty Ribs. Tried the Street Corn as a side. Would’ve been nice if they offered a Beef Rib. 51.00 for two plus tip.

Got the brisket (1 fatty and 1 lean), Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Bbq sauce is sweet and tangy. The food was extremely good. This place is only 2 months old and they know what their doing! Def recommend if looking for some good bbq! Def would come back!

… 15 minutes online search for bbq near Glendale came across GLENWOOD didn’t know it was just a few blocks away…the pictures below show the takeout that I got and how I devoured the leg in a matter of seconds, tangy sauce, good potato salad, mac&cheese gooey, baked beans nicely seasoned, good portions…I’m from Texas, always looking for some good Que..glad they are in Glendale! Yummy

First time here and we never going back again. Ribs and trip tip we’re like kids meal, tiny portions and pricey, additionally we got heartburn after eating here I don’t why I think ribs were overcooked and trip tip too raw. We had to go eat ti another place.
