The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was FANTASTIC. I believe the young man who waited on us name was Andrew. He was the best part of the meal. Lots of personality and very patiently explained everything I asked. He highly recommended the Buffalo Chicken and the Bacon Cheeseburger. Excellent choices. The Country Fries are a total sleeper hit! Can’t wait to go again.

The owner took my order and the money came off my card. I wasn’t given a receipt bc he said it didn’t go thru, but my bank showed otherwise. I showed him the transaction on my bank account. He refused service and made me feel less than human. By saying you can’t get nothing for free. I won’t advise anyone to go with hard earned money. I still haven’t gotten my money back.

Stopped by Belgicans Fries and had a solid experience. Chris in the kitchen gave a few good suggestions that worked out well. Food came out hot and fresh, fries were cooked to perfection, toppings were balanced, and portions were good. Great customer service! Thanks guys!

Only have had it delivered, but the Philly cheese steak and bacon cheeseburger were superb; even kept for leftovers. Splendid idea and I didn’t even know they were in the mall!!! Need to get a girlfriend so I can share it with someone

Crawfish Queso Fries!! staff was so nice and talked to me through the different types of toppings. Never met a fry I didnt like but these were awesome.

First time here to Belgicans and let me tell you what the most amazing fries ever !! I had the Buffalo Chicken Fries so on point and my husband has the Roast Beef and Gravy fries. If you want to try something different than your typical food place then go to the Edgwater Mall food court and swing in and get you some Belgicans Fries. We will be back to try a different one.

Fries weren’t cooked well, presentation looked unappealing, and the people were clearly uninterested in being there (not really their fault, since I can almost guarantee they aren’t making enough to care). It’s kinda sad, though, because I remember when the original restaurant opened in D’iberville. I was excited at the concept back then, but over the years, the business has done nothing but decline to the point where they are barely surviving in a dead mall’s food court.
