Placed an online order at 9AM to be picked up at 8pm…. Currently 8:18PM…. Order is not even halfway done. Gave 11 hour notice and prepaid. Can hear them complaining as I sit here.
Now it’s 8:42PM, order still not complete. Younger girl with blonde ponytail just keeps walking around saying I’m out of here in 20 minutes, making no effort to help the others. Completely unprofessional, completely disorganized.
They are making sandwiches, all basic ingredients, not 5 course meals.

There was 3 workers there and one was in the back doing god knows what. One of the worker’s took whole 15 to 20 minutes on one sub. I think her name is page she has purple hair. The other to workers was doing a great job. Today’s date is 11/04/2025 I was just so unsatisfied with that one girls work cause there was a line of people and she acted like she didn’t care if we got waited on or not.

I ordered a BLT sub online. I didn’t want the sandwich heated or toasted, just the bacon cooked. I put that in the comments of my online order and when I get home and ate bites of my sandwich I realized I was eating raw bacon. Don’t get me wrong, the bacon is precooked before it’s even served but the fact that they made the sandwich like that is disgusting. I work at another subway establishment and I can’t imagine serving people basically raw food unless they ask.

My name is Rebecca Dawson. Employees from the high school were rude and I will not return to this establishment. It began when we walked in after the football game on Friday, October 5, 2025, employees were making rude noises in the back kitchen area. Another adult high school employee, became verbally confrontational with a 13 yo due to previous issue at the game. The confrontation continued though out the visit and was exacerbated by remarks from multiple employees…

Ordered online for pick up. Got 2 no bread bowls, I don’t know the standard amount of ingredients to be in the bowls, but it was a dismal amount compared to other locations. See the picture. Not even half a bowl. I had no interaction with staff, just picked up and left.

Only got a decent stars because my boyfriends was good but mine was not. The manager pulled fresh meatballs out the microwave and took the old ones and put them on top. So my meatballs where not very good at all or very warm. The sauce on the sandwich also tasted old and the bread didnt taste feesh. The other two ladies where magnificent and very kind while on the other hand the manager was not very patient and does not do good under pressure. I usually dont leave reviews but the last 4 times i have been there has been unpleasant due to her and the way she tried to argue about how a sandwiche can be made or just her attitude. A guy had a full bag and was holding it by the handles and she rudly said hey hold that by the bottom instead of asking nice. Said something else on not so nice way. After waiting a long time in line and dealing with that we had the other two ladies smiling and being kind that lightened the mood.

I love Subway, the workers are very nice. I can ask them to make my sandwich a certain way and they will with no hesitation. I ordered a steak and cheese and she started to put the steak on the sandwich cold, because she probably thought the whole sandwich would be toasted. I asked her to only heat up the meat because I didn’t want it toasted, and she did not mind at all. I’ve had people in the past get aggravated and even get an attitude. This lady was super nice. It makes a big difference when they are nice and friendly!
