First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Delicious. From out of town, and looking for food to accommodate GF is always a challenge. Did not disappoint. Serving staff was knowledgeable and it tasted amazing. Atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming. The Kale Tonic juice was worth it all by itself. Will definitely come back when we’re in the area.

We just love first watch! Even when it gets busy they never take that as a reason to stop caring for each plate.
The salmon and veggie omelette were amazing, the coffee and beet juice were great. The salad had a bit too much dressing tho. Overall 9.5/10

I really enjoyed my food at First Watch! It was my first time there. We were on vacation & decided to have some healthy food before sightseeing. I had a bowl with chia pudding, fruit & granola, it was filling and very delicious! Everything was fresh! The service was friendly & fast!

My daughter and granddaughter met me here for brunch. Neither of us had been before. The menu had so many delicious items that it was hard to choose! So, we both went big and ordered a main course with a tasty side. Mine is what is in the pictures. Both meals were fabulously delicious! The ingredients were fresh and tasty and cooked perfectly. The service was also excellent.
My daughter also commented after she put my granddaughter into the high chair that she thought it was the cleanest high chair she’d ever seen at a restaurant. Great attention to the details!

I feel like I’ve been living under a rock having never been to a First Watch until now. This spot is so good! The menu is extensive and so varied – really any dietary need can be accommodated, and they do have a nutrition/allergen card available for reference when ordering.
We came for breakfast on a Sunday morning and there was plenty of seating available. We opted for a shady spot on the patio. Our toddler got a coloring sheet and crayons to keep her occupied. We ordered a kid’s yogurt granola bowl for her, a morning market omelette & chicken apple sausage patties on the side for me, and my husband opted for the lemon ricotta pancakes and a morning medication juice. I also tried the coffee – good stuff! All our food was delicious and we would get the same items again (but there is so much to choose from that we will keep exploring the menu!).
The service was absolutely wonderful and the location is clean, plenty of parking, free wifi. A lot of pros! I’ll certainly be back to this location in the near future.

First Watch is always a good brunch option. I love that they feed a ton of people and put out very good food. I especially like the complementary coffee they put out while you wait. I don’t like the requirement to pay at the front. I’m sure there’s a monetary reason for this practice, but with the volume of people waiting and trying to pay, the front counter is a huge traffic jam. They pack a lot of people in the space too, so if you want a quiet brunch convo, try elsewhere. Still, our food was quality, on time and our server was great.

This is some of the best food and drinks I have had in the Denver metro area and I have lived here for 8 years. I even cater lunches for my company 3 days a week and this outshines even all the places our company has tried. Our server Emma was also super friendly and knowledgeable.

This is my favorite new restaurant. 5 star in everything! Ordered the double crunchy tacos and it was flavors with the first bite , meat egg and all the sides filled in these crunchy tacos, with a fruit cup bursting with flavor, you have to try it for the taste surprise. After this wonderful breakfast, I was full, but had to try the cinnamon roll. The zesty flavor is still smacking my lips❤️. And Melissa was a perfect server for a first time visitor of this restaurant! I wanted to try more than I did. This restaurant has an active manager, and it showed in how the people told me how they love this place. Try it for breakfast or lunch.

Great breakfast and brunch place with good prices, especially compared to so many others. The food is always delicious and service is good. Early on Saturday (before 8) there’s not usually a wait, but much later and you might have one. There is a variety of sweet and savory breakfast options so everyone can be happy!
