I brought my track &field team into the Jefferson City Subway on High Street. Great, quick service. When I went to pay I had a bill that was too large to use. The manager showed me the way to a bank, kept my check open, I was able to secure change for the bill, and the meal was paid for. I am sure most other places would not show that type of service. I commend the manager for his actions and would hope Subway would reward him for his kind actions.

Really not a great experience. I ordered a sandwich and a churro, but when I got back to the office I found the churro was definitely past its expiration date; it was hard as a rock. I went back to tell them something was wrong with the churro and they should check the expiration date on the package they pulled it out of, but there was zero acknowledgement of the issue. No offer to refund it, replace it with a different item, or remake it with a fresh one, and no effort to check to make sure they weren’t selling expired food. Not even an “I’m sorry it wasn’t up to standard.” They just shook their head and walked away. I wound up having to just throw it away. I couldn’t reach management by phone afterward, and no response to an email either. The sandwich was fine (if a little skimpy on toppings), but the lack of customer service was unacceptable.

All the stuff to put in the sandwich was old. Not fresh at all. The lady that rang me out didn’t tell me order was ready or anything. Just placed it on the counter and left. You have an option to tip the worker but they are not worthy of a tip. My bread is hard as a rock as well. This place needs shut down.

The curbside app experience was a failure. It never let me push the button saying I was there. My door handle is broken and I haven to use the passenger side and I am tired. I had to go into the store. The kid working has earphones in. She tells me they no longer offer curbside service. I get my order. The tag says curbside so she knows I am right outside, can see my vehicle, waiting, but is too lazy to call me or bring it out. There is no one else in the store. Now the sandwich bread is falling apart from the sauce because it is sitting there.

This is a hit and miss restaurant when it comes to customer service. Most days I am most please with the service. Today the Girls behind the counter had terrible anger issues followed with bad work ethics. its a shame because on most days this store is a benefit to the downtown dining experience. Its a shame how Two bad attitudes can ruin a good place like this one. Hopefully more qualified staff will be in the near future.

My sandwich was way over the top with veggies and way to much avocado spread made it horrible. She made a new sandwich for me with no problems. I was happy about that. She also had me wait 10 min to get cookies bc she said they were too hot to touch.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! Today was the worst! So me and my coworkers wanted to order lunch from Subway. So we ordered on the Subway app from the Subway on East High Street. So since it was a delivery order, it had to be delivered by a door dash driver. First of all, their app made our order look wrong, and then when the delivery guy came, we only had 1 sandwich 1 drink, and 1 bag of chips. Keep in mind, we all ordered combos so we all supposed to have that. 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and 3 chips okay. So we tried calling Subway and the number doesn’t even work!! So one of my coworkers had to go down there and let them know about our ordeer. She came back and told us how nasty the lady treated her and that we couldn’t get the rest of the food nor our money. But they did give us the other two sandwiches that were sitting in their shop that we ordered that were cold but refused to give us the rest of the order! So we all ended up going down there, which was a huge inconvenience during what was supposed to be a lunch break, so me and our other coworker went and the lady named Elizabeth was so nasty acting and obviously racist. She claimed we couldn’t get. Refund nor would they give us the rest of our food cause it would be “stealing” like come on we are trying to steal 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks? Come on. Now. This issue could have easily been resolved. Oh will be handled though. She continued to belittle us and insult our intelligence and kept saying to contact door dash and that it was not their problem even though we ordered through the Subway app. But then she turned around and said That Subway won’t receive the payment for two weeks after i showed them that subway, not door dash, took money from my card since it was ordered through the Subway app. Besides thay, the one sandwich we originally got was made incorrectly anyways! The woman also said “if you would have came in to get your orders made it would have been right” lady this was an inconvenience for our whole staff to have to leave our office to come down here. That is the entire purpose of DELVERY. then she told us to leave the store. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to go here. Highly disappointed!!

Sometimes it’s worth the extra mile drive to get your food correct. This is a great example! My sandwich came missing two veggies and had a veggie I never asked for added. Then the sauce was completely different. I called TWO TIMES and was hung up both times. Horrible resturaunt, honestly. I wish I could give a 0 but I can’t, so I give a 1.

I think there’s some people that work there that need anger management or something…… lady got attitude because my mom asked “hey did you already put the avacado on there.” Like bruh…… it was a question about an item that costs money so if we purchase it… we gonna make sure it’s there. My mom was in a happy mood and being friendly and everything. I know the lady that was working there. She’s actually the reason I quit working there. A lot of people quit working there because of her so I’m not sure why she’s still there.
