For the last two weeks, this tropical smoothie establishment has been serving canned fruit while still charging prices associated with fresh fruit, without even informing customers to provide them with a choice between canned and fresh fruit! The primary reason I visit tropical smoothie is for the fresh fruit, as I have a strong aversion to canned fruit. This situation is entirely unacceptable and misleading, and the cost is excessively high for canned fruit! I contacted the establishment to voice my concerns, and they informed me that they are experiencing a shortage of fresh produce and have been using canned fruits without notifying the public! There was no acknowledgment of the issue, no refund offered, just a significant disappointment and a waste of $20. I strongly advise against visiting this location, as it lacks both class and dignity!

Unfortunately, The service today was non existent. Walked in, no greeting whatsoever. Walked up and said hello and the young lady just blank face stared at me no response. I let her know my order, she started working on it. I didnt even know mg order was ready until someone else tried to take it since she didnt say anything. I guess if you dont want to talk to anyone this is the place to go?

I ordered two things with two separate transactions: a chicken quesadilla was my first transaction, and my second transaction was a strawberry banana smoothie and a pomegranate bliss. With the chicken quesadilla, my order came out okay, so I’m not mad at it. For the second transaction, the strawberry banana smoothie was mostly ice, and the pomegranate bliss was okay and had more flavor.
But at the end of the transaction, while we were waiting for our order, my friend and I were… I went to the bathroom, and when I came out, they were yelling at my friend. She was sitting down eating her chicken quesadilla, waiting for me, and I had just come out of the bathroom. They were yelling at my friend, “Do you need something? Do you need something? Hello, do you need something?” My friend was saying, “No, I’m just trying to eat. I’m waiting for my friend.” And they were still yelling, “Do you need something?” And then when I came out, she then asked me if I needed something. It felt very rude and very hostile. So, ten out of ten would not recommend.

The sorriest Tropical Smoothie Cafe “buffalo” wrap I’ve ever had. As you can see from the photo, there was no buffalo sauce, and hardly no chicken, but a LOAD of lettuce. I paid for it, so I ate most of it, but what’s left over in this photo was literally the entire wrap. Idk what’s so hard about following the same directions everyday— whether you’re full-time or part-time.

Normally this Trop is my go to. Especially since the new management. This morning however left me a bit disapointed. Ordered an acai bowl with extra coconut. I get to work, take out my bowl to find no coconut whatsoever. Not anything to stop me from going back, but I will definitely be checking my bag before leaving in the future.

As a frequent customer at variois tropical smoothies, I know how most of the smoothies should taste. They don’t make the smoothies right at this location. I went twice during the week of 6/2/2025 and both times the smoothies were made with too much ice and barely had any flavor. I purchased 2 a different smoothie each time. I want my money + tip.

I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Club which just like in the name it has Chipotle sauce in it. Once i received my food after waiting 30 minutes, there was no spicy chipotle sauce or bacon pieces that I know it comes with. $9 for just chicken and lettuce was ridiculous.

Just ordered through the app for delivery & the food is a joke. I spent $20 to be highly disappointed. The sandwich barely had anything inside & is cold, smoothie watery & they just left the food without knocking or at least ringing the doorbell. Always something wrong @ this location I swear.

Finally going to make a review because it may be time to say something. I love tropical morning shift especially absolutely fantastic! Friendly, communicative, fast and efficient! One thing i would like to add is about the staff while some is very outgoing and listens to us it is 2 that i do have concerns with … they are rude dont know how to talk to customers or their STAFF but they will do something when it’s necessary and when i came inside i saw to workers working on both smoothie and food while taking orders while there was 2 in the back fooling around while 2 staff got customers taken care of. THATS what I don’t like. Everyone works not just some. Get the ones who want to work not ones who doesn’t.
