I went inside because the drive through line was backed up. There was only one person working the front and she was back and forth doing other things. It took a long time to get my order even though there was no one ahead of me in line. But the order was correct and the food tasted good.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I wanted to share my recent experiences. I wouldn’t have given any stars based on my visit, but a rating is required in order to post a review.
Over the weekend, I ordered the Dave’s Combo, and the quality was disappointing. The sandwich was poorly assembled, the meat was plain, and several condiments were missing. Additionally, whenever I request sauces, they are consistently left out of the order.
The fries appeared old, as if they had been sitting in the warmer and then reheated. They were burnt and cold, and the portion was noticeably smaller than expected for a medium size. Although both meals were mediums, we received large drinks instead, while the fries were closer to a small serving placed in a medium container.
I used to enjoy visiting this location for a good-quality burger, but unfortunately the experience has changed over time. Despite giving this location multiple chances over the past few months, both through online orders and drive-thru visits, the same issues continue. Items are missing from the order (including condiments), and on two separate occasions my meal did not include the fries that were supposed to come with it.
At this point, I no longer feel comfortable spending my money here. This location would benefit from stronger management oversight and improved training to ensure accuracy, customer service, and food quality. Until consistent improvements are made, I won’t be returning.

I had such a pleasant experience at the Wendy’s in winder yesterday. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the associates name but she was working the window on 11/10 around 11:50 a.m. She was extremely pleasant, professional, & provided the best customer service that I have received in a while. I highly recommend this location & thank Wendy’s for hiring an associate like her.

So, I plan to be critical with this review because it irritates me when fast food restaurants do this at a drive thru. With the combo meals the person taking the order has been trained to ask you if you would like a small, medium, or large combo as three choices optimizes the chance to sell more medium and large orders. I do not have an issue with that as that is a good sales strategy to make more profit. As a consumer I am making the decision on the “quantity” based on how hungry I am. So, this is a symbiotic relationship. Where everything goes terribly wrong and buyers remorse kicks in is when the provider sells you a large but does not deliver the “large” quantity. Honestly, this makes a consumer feel cheated and like they never want to return – as they should. Imagine if you paid for premium gas and found out that you received regular. You would be upset. This large fry looks nothing like the picture on the windows of the restaurant or even the menu. This is ridiculous and should be corrected immediately. Simply take a cutout of the fries on the menu and put it right above the area where the fries are made and put the words “make the large look like this”… This is a terrible practice and needs to be fixed.

We ate inside. Whoever was cooking did not use the ventilation system.
Our fries overcooked! Did not eat.
I had to step outside to breathe as I struggle with breathing at times. This was happening for me. Scary few minutes. We will do drive thru & not home in.

Friendly employees, fast service. Bad food, ordered a Dave’s double- large. Hamburger meat was partially raw. ** picture doesn’t do it’s justice. Meat was like medium rare.

I went into the dining room to pick up my order. It wasn’t quite ready, but the customer service at the counter was awesome.
I gave the food 4 stars because I’m not a burger person. I was picking it up for my mother. She enjoyed it but did not care for the nuggets.
The Double Stack BOGO is the best deal out there!
