We arrived right at noon and were the first of the lunch crowd. Everything was untouched still, full salmon without any taken yet. So many options and I heaped a little of everything but when I sat down I discovered nearly all of it was not hot, but room temperature. A few items were piping hot but most were not. Not only is that a disappointing experience but raises serious food safety issues. How long were they sitting around (in the back?) before being brought out. Why aren’t they held at a proper temperature? When I mentioned it to the server she indicated they have a microwave to heat things up. So I think that when everything is at a proper serving temp it’s all likely good but I can’t give a high rating when food is potentially dangerous after sitting too long inside the danger range. That’s a health code violation.

This was the most disgusting trip ever to a China Buffet. At a China Buffet you usually know the the food will be nothing great but decent to eat.
This place was horrible.
We went to for lunch, 1:00PM on a Wednesday, while there I counted 18 people. I figured at this time of day the food would be fresh, wow were we wrong.
Lets start with the Sushi. It was so old and dry that you could not pick it up without it falling apart, I guess thankfully the selection was very poor with about 8 choices.
The main dishes were lukewarm to cold. Many of the trays had very gnarly food sitting on top of whatever they just brought out. If you dug down to the bottom you could almost find food that was hot. There were plenty of choices but again, these foods should be hot.
Desert. Well, it is a Chinese restaurant, they are not know for good deserts. Even the pudding had crusty old pudding on top of the new they brought out. You know how long it takes pudding to get nasty like that? It must have been from 3 days ago.
Now the most disgusting thing and the reason I called the health department on this place was the food and drink that was thrown on the wall and never cleaned up. Funny thing. The folks working there did not have any trouble speaking English, until I told them about the food thrown on the wall, all at once no one could understand a word I said.

My advice. Avoid this place like you avoid food poisoning, you will save yourself in multiple ways.
The pictures are not the greatest but you can see the food on the wall.

We were dying for Chinese food and have not been here in a while. 32.00 takeout, it was disgusting. How a Chinese restaurant can screw up rice just floors me. The orange chicken tasted like chicken nuggets with sauce on them. My husband and I threw out both our take out containers and made popcorn for dinner. I will never go here again nor do I recommend anyone to go there unless you like being ripped off. I think its horrible food and to charge the same price for us to fill a container versus them waiting on us and us eating all we want is horrible. This place needs to shut down if they have that little consideration for the locals. This isn’t China. It’s the USA

This is a little spot in Hurricane, Utah. Given that most buffets have closed and they are now kind of a rarity rather than a common sight unless you’re here here in Vegas. I found it to be quite nostalgic.

The food itself is fairly good nothing particularly over the top they do have poached salmon for lunch and with all you can eat you cannot go wrong.

The spot is pleasant especially for the price I would recommend coming here again if you happen to be in town and in the mood for a Chinese buffet.

China Buffet is great for residents or travelers passing through to stop and fuel up. Over 50 plus servings of entrees, fresh and hot, and a whole stocked fruit and dessert bar. Also, a good variety of sushi rolls made fresh daily. Clean environment, friendly staff. Dine in and take out available.

My go-to Chinese buffet in Washington County! The bar is always up to temp and the food is usually fresh. The service is always great. My only complaint is that it’s always hot in the summer time. Maybe the AC is broken? Nonetheless, it’s the best Chinese buffet in the county.

This is by far one of the best Chinese Buffet I have ever have. Would come back again. We were having a dinner on X’mas. To our surprise, they kept the price the same at a high quality food. We feel very blessed.

Better than the one in St George!

I travel for a living, so rating asian buffets around the country is a hobby of mine. This one is worth visiting if you just smashed some hikes in this beautiful state.

I came at the lunch rush around 1pm and they were constantly refilling the selections with fresh hot options. Nothing incredible, but I did enjoy the thin noodles, potstickers, and the banana pie? That was a nice surprise.

A five-star asian buffet is a high standard for me, but I’ll be back to this one after a great hike in the area. More than I can say about the one in St George.
