My family and I have been here 4 times now since we moved close by. We have always had a great experience! First off, this is BY FAR the cleanest subway I have ever seen! They keep the food prep area pristine, and the tables clean. The man that always helps us is extremely kind. I don’t understand the negative reviews, they have never skimped on meat and the veggies are super fresh. We will continue to be regulars!

This location needs to be restructured in a way that it does not inconvenience the customers that try to support it. Allowing customers to place orders after the business is closed, but the online the time that it closes was confirmed by the business 9 weeks ago. The management team does nothing to try to compensate the guests outside of saying, “you’ll get a refund, sorry.” Every time I visit this location there is an issue with the overall service and lack of empathy.

The staff were courteous, but the sandwiches were skimpy. It was the least amount of meat and additional toppings I’ve ever had on a Subway sandwich, which is especially unfortunate considering the cost of it. The air conditioning was either broken or not working and my daughter saw a fly in the cookie display container.

Very Racist and Rude. They cheat you out of meat. Then when I said hey isn’t it supposed to be this amount. The lady threw my other order, talking mess, then run and throws a order card to me yelling I felt assaulted!!! The male had to calm her down. Then when I called my husband he said we can cancel it and you can go. My husband said if you are going to be rude cancel it. Then now he said oh no we can’t cancel it. DONT EAT HERE!!! They need to put a sign out that says **WHITES ONLY**because the lady in front of me of had a pleasant experience. I literally got in the car and cried from this experience!!!

I had ordered online and money was taken off of my card. So when my husband went to pick it up they had no recollection of my order. Wasn’t in the system. Now I ordered online because I have points, a gift card, and the BOGO. Due to those extras my total was only $35. So when they had no knowledge of my order my husband asked them to just make the sandwiches for the same price. He comes home and says the customer service was terrible. The guy making the sandwiches was extremely rude. But what makes me angry is the price! Wasn’t my $35 it was $52! Angry is definitely an understatement. That’s not even all of it. So I go to open my sandwich and low and behind under one side of my footlong was a short strand of hair. Now our family has dark hair and really love hair at that. So yep I’m sure this was the workers hair that fell into it. Gross we will never eat here again. Subway has just not been good to us. Second time something like this happened.

Every time I grab a meal from here I get sick. It’s not accidental. First and foremost please cover the produce. I only eat veggie subs, which should be simple enough to make. However the lettuce was starting to wilt (very beginning). All pickled vegetables were definitely starting to expire. I understand this store doesn’t do the business it used to. But cutting corners leads to others well being, being compromised. The owner is very nice ( means well) however the product is deplorable. I won’t be back, and I’d take the time to read all comments before ordering. Head north on 74 and go to the subway off of Peachtree pkwy. You’ll be a little happier.

The quality has always been bad here, but after today I’m done. 8 dollars for a microscopic 6 inch outlaw with meat that is impossible to chew through. All of the vegetables in the bar looked withered. Not to mention that dude and the wife that are always working there argue constantly. Nah, I’ve put up with it too long.

Always skimped on the ingredients. Why bother owning this franchise when you don’t like satisfying customers and giving them what is supposed to be on the sandwich. I’ve been to many other Subways and none were as cheap and chintzy as this guy. Will not ever go back again now that we know there are other Subways in the vicinity.

Haven’t had subway in a while. Stopped to get a wrap meal. Once at the register it rang up over 14.00. That’s crazy for a wrap,chips and drink. I paid it but they won’t have to worry about me coming back. Service was great.. but once I started eating, it was a different story. Wrap not near as good as they were.. my tea tasted so old I couldn’t drink it.. the chips were the only thing I could enjoy honestly.
I know prices have increased but 14.00 is a bit much.

Very nasty and very rude customer service the young girl who works there and I’m being nice when I say girl was very rude went to the back and left that poor guy to do all the work while she went to the back to eat knowing I was in line waiting to order but as soon a man came in she rushed from the back to take his order … instead of making my sandwich she trying to find a man needs to be replaced ASAP! First and last time there work to hard for my money to be treated poorly! customer service is key.
